I used them for hand made pulls and grills for my custom garage door…read more The products are so much nicer than the store bought ones that were offered by my contractor and they are made from true wrought iron, will not rust like steel. They look spectacular on the doors. They are a custom shop, so it can take time and effort. Their process lacks a little transparency (have to call for updates on the orders) - and you need to be able to wait for the products. Another reviewer called it "old world" and it describes the process well. Order far in advance if doing construction if you need something by a certain date. I could not order my garage door from them for this reason, but the decorative items could be added whenever they were completed. The blacksmiths hand make each item, so you have to be very specific with your measurements. You can't return if it was made to specs. If you care about craftsmanship or need custom work, I cannot recommend them more highly. The quality of the products is amazing.

From the delivery guys, , to the owners sons, with whom I spoke, everything went like clockwork . They immediately ordered new rails for my drawer and a new glass desktop. As soon as the items arrived, they happily came out and replaced the defective parts! *California Buyers -- Please Be Careful Before Purchasing From Mansion Furniture**…read more I purchased approximately **$40,000 worth of furniture from Mansion Furniture in 2025**. At the time of my purchases, Mansion Furniture did not charge me California sales/use tax. As a customer, I assumed the amounts on my invoices represented what I was required to pay, especially since the invoices showed the tax as **"N/A."** Almost a year later, I learned that my purchases had been reported to the State of California and that I was responsible for paying the California use tax directly. I am now facing ** five thousand dollars $5000 in taxes, along with interest and penalties.** When I contacted Mansion Furniture, I was told that their website states customers are responsible for their own state taxes. My problem is that **this was never clearly communicated to me during the sales process.** No salesperson explained that California tax was not being collected or that I would need to report and pay it separately. Had someone simply said, *"We are not collecting California tax, and you will be responsible for paying it directly to California,"* I would have handled the tax immediately and avoided the surprise, penalties and interest. I also would have been able to compare the **true total cost** with purchasing the furniture from a retailer that collects California tax at the time of sale. I feel the tax situation should have been disclosed much more clearly, particularly considering the amount I spent. A statement somewhere on a website is not the same as clearly informing a customer during a large purchase that thousands of dollars in state tax are not included. **If you live in California and are considering purchasing from Mansion Furniture, please be aware of this. Ask specifically whether California sales/use tax is being collected, carefully review your invoices, and make sure you understand any tax you may be responsible for paying directly to California.** I wish someone had given me that warning before I made my purchases. I have always paid my taxes ad on time . For the firt time i have a surprise $5000 tax bill i was not aware off , Bewared and always check your receipt and make sure slaes taxes are stated.

We purchased a new mattress about a year ago with incredible help from Tahnee. RED FLAG!!!! I purchased a Malouf Ascend mattress from Sacktime and it has been one of the worst…read morepurchases I've made. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and has caused me significant sleep issues and physical discomfort. To make matters worse, the mattress arrived without a legally required law tag, which raises serious questions about quality control and compliance. When I contacted the retailer, they refused to offer any support, citing a strict no-return policy. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful -- a problem many other reviewers seem to have experienced as well. I attempted to dispute the charge through American Express, but was denied because of the retailer's policy. So now I'm stuck with a mattress I can't sleep on, no way to return it, and no accountability from the seller. I reached out to Malouf directly, hoping they would stand behind their product and help me -- especially considering the mattress came without a tag and the retailer is damaging their reputation. I'm still waiting for a meaningful response. I strongly caution other customers to research both the retailer and the product before making a purchase. It's unfortunate that what should have been a trustworthy investment in better sleep has turned into a costly and frustrating experience.

As we walked in, Marla was the person to assist us throughout the entire process. She listened to our wants/needs, especially considering my boyfriend has some back issues and pain, and suggested a few mattresses. We loved all of them! She was very knowledgeable and patient as we shopped around. We knew we were likely going to go with a Purple mattress, but decided to browse at other stores. Their mattresses and customer service were lackluster in comparison to our experience at Purple, so a week later, we stopped by to make sure Marla was working, and purchased our mattress! It feels amazing and we're very happy. Not to mention, we got a great deal where we purchased a queen mattress and got a free adjustable base (at a $1500 or so value)!
