Still fantastic! I had my nostril pierced here a few years ago and just returned for four ear piercings- a daith, double helix and second lobe. My piercer was awesome and made me feel more at ease about the daith piercing since I was nervous, and it went a lot quicker than I expected! They also helped me swap out some bad jewelry that a different piercing studio in Bend (you know the one) did in some other piercings and were super nice and helpful about it. Absolutely recommend these guys.

Riley pierced me and 2 of my friends and Natalie was helping us at the front desk and both were so sweet and awesome!!! Such a pleasant experience from the moment we walked in until we left. Natalie was so helpful in choosing jewelry and very informative and knowledgeable. Riley was so kind and funny he was silly and gentle with my friend who was so scared to get her first lobe piercing. 10/10 highly recommend.

My daughter came in for a Philtrim piercing on 8/30/21 while we were vacationing in Sunriver. She had Jimmy complete this process. She went into a piercing store where we live to get a smaller bar as her piercing was bothering her and the lady told her she was pierced incorrectly. Jimmy didn't place a marking on the back either. Please see photos below and DON'T go to them. She ended up having to have it re-pierced!!! Please see photos for reference.The last photo is the corrected piercing. As you can see the original piercing was WAY OFF!! I've reached out for a refund and was offered a "credit". Why on earth would I send my daughter back to a place that did it wrong, not to mention we're out of the area. The owner Luke is very unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars I would! Please see below the response from the owner Luke: "So you were happy with the piercing until someone else said otherwise? We're always happy to fix anything free of charge. All you have to do is come in. We're sorry this experience has ruined your life." Update: Please see owner's response above. How belligerent and unprofessional. Why would you want to do business with someone who doesn't believe in doing the job right the FIRST time. My daughter wasn't happy with her piercing which is why she went to someone else.I will be filing a complaint with the Oregon Heath authority & BBB as I see this has been a problem in the past as well.

I cannot believe I have not left a review yet. These folks are amazing. They did my daiths and they pierced my daughter's ears on 03/02/22. These guys (and girls) are amazing. They were PACKED (and rightly so. They're the best.) and still made us feel welcomed and wanted. While the horror movie on the TV and music was not appropriate for kids, everything else was. Luke and Justin took great care of my daughter and I will DEFINITELY be back.

Really cool place, guy on the phone was nice. It was a quick and easy septum piercing with good prices. Could be better on wearing masks (guy at the front wasn't wearing one) but other than that super nice guys and will probably go again. read more

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this shop. I've had my nipples, septum and ears pierced here and they could not have been more professional and welcoming. Answered all of my questions in person and over the phone. I've had zero issues with my piercings and jewelry. I've had my nipple jewelry changed out here as well and you know sometimes it's just awkward being like here's my nipple can you put a different bar in it? Not awkward here like at all. Just make the drive from bend. It's worth it. They are also handling business with all the COVID guidelines fantastically. read more

10/10 experience here. The guy piercing is the sweetest piercer I've ever met and gave me such good energy. They helped me out very genuinely when there was a misunderstanding. I will never go anywhere else again. I wish I just went here from the start! I was having some issues with my new belly button piercing done by another piercer and decided to come here. Everyone was so friendly and laid back I felt so comfortable with everyone. So much knowledge was offered I previously didn't have and I'm so thankful! Got me right in when Starfire told me it was going to be 1.5 weeks before they were going to be able to switch out a tragus piercing for me ... that I had originally received from them (Starfire) Plus the folks at Trendkill are very kind, polite and clearly oriented around customer service. Definitely will be going there from now on even if it means a little longer of a drive. read more

I got two helix piercings here when visiting from California. And the 25 minute drive from where I was staying was absolutely worth it! Though the jewelry was a little expensive, the shop was incredibly professional, friendly, clean, and safe. The piercing cost itself was reasonable, given I've gotten a helix piercing before in California, and I loved the selection and availability of jewelry! Both the piercer and the front desk were helpful and professional. I got two helix piercings, one on each ear, and they were pretty painless with minimal bruising afterwards. If I ever decide to get another piercing, I will happily wait until I'm in Oregon again, just for this place! read more

Luke was the bomb today! I went in this morning to get my old gun piercing turned into a larger gauge to start plugging away. He was efficient, friendly and thorough. I didn't have anyone before me so it was a quick process, I waited outside the building for the room to be cleaned and sterilized, came in got pierced and I think I was completely done in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend coming here to get your piercing done. I made the drive from Bend and it was definitely worth it! Thanks Luke for the great experience. read more

Luke is rad and does an awesome job. He has relieved my septum, given me two nose piercings on the side, and I brought my sister and niece in for their noses. All the people are friendly and accommodating. They really help you decide what you want instead of relying on you to just figure it out yourself or trying to just tell you what you should get. They find that happy medium. I definitely recommend going to Trend Kill for a piercing. Everything is sterile and Luke opens the packaging right in front of you so you can see that the needles are completely sterilized and haven't been opened prior to you sitting down. He explains to you how the needles are sterilized and how they are sent away and come back completely clean and repackaged. Awesome humans. Awesome building. Excellent piercing experience once we got in the door. Extremely Nice and professional service both at the front desk and the piercing person both. The only frustrating part was we were told we'd have an hour wait that turned into a two hour wait. Even with a better estimate we could have gone and done other things instead of waiting on a hot street corner. But overall great! read more

My seven year old daughter had her ears pierced at Trend Kill in September 2018. The guys were very sweet to her! They talked her through it and did both ears at the same times without a flinch! More importantly, her ears healed without any sign of infection. No puss, no red marks, nothing. Would highly recommend!! read more

Went with my sister to get septum and love piercings. The men working behind the counter as well as the piercer were friendly and worked to make sure everyone was informed of the process. I just went in to get my Nose pierced. Wow! I felt so safe in that place, respected and well taken care of. The owner pierced my nose and I didn't feel any pain, 0 pain!!!! My eyes didn't even water that's how smooth it went in!. Iv never been so "gracefully" pierced in my life! Lol Also the Honesty from all of them was so refreshing. For example, everything is priced fairly! And they have a great collection to chose from. I will 100% be going back in soon. Totally different from Starfire where I had horrible experience every time I went in. If you live in Bend my advice to you is the 25 minute drive is WELL worth it! read more

Just got both of my nipples re-pierced by the owner and I couldn't be more pleased! Jim is absolutely amazing! Friendly, informative and professional... I experienced everything I had hoped for while getting a piercing that would make anyone nervous. He does a very good job at putting you at ease. His placement of my piercings were spot on and I walked away extremely satisfied with the look of them. This experience was so different from my first nipple piercings at a different shop in the best way possible. The quality of the jewelry they provide is top notch and they have such a wide selection! Luke helped us today and was amazing! I'm from out of town and decided with my friend to go get some new piercings done, and he was super good at answering all of our questions and making sure we were at ease before he even grabbed the needle! He also helped me to figure out how to determine if another piercing shop would fit my needs since it will not be easily accessible to run back to Redmond to get things changed. I was super impressed and left with awesome new tragus and a helix piercings! I also had some care questions later in the day, and they called me back immediately and left a detailed voicemail to make sure I knew everything I needed! Will definitely come back again to get more piercings next time I visit, and highly reccomend it to anyone considering any piercings! Friendly staff, clean shop, and professional atmosphere! Redmond's local artist scene has a wide demographic with it's many art walks and it's local talent. In downtown Redmond on 6th street, Luke Westcott, owner of Trend Kill, demonstrates his art daily. An update on the piercings- a month after I got the conch and upper lobes done, I got 4 piercings…read moredone elsewhere. I had a daith, double helix and 2nd lobe (other ear). The newer piercings are now closing in on two months of healing and I have had ZERO issues with the piercings done at the other studio. The starfire ones? STILL GET INFECTED or at minimum irritation bumps, and they're on the same ear as the newer double helix. This gives me further proof that my aftercare is fine, it's the piercings. Don't go here. Just drive the 30 minutes and save yourself months of oozing piercings.

We came in and the girl working this morning talked about how she has done a ton of piercings and did a 4 month old yesterday so it made us feel comfortable. Well right before it started we asked how long she had been doing it... she said "well honestly about a month" so now we were nervous but she assured us that it is so easy and will be fast and smooth. So now I'm holding my niece and we told her to go from one ear to the next and make it as quickly as possible so it wasn't to bad for her... she gets the first side done, not very good. It snagged a little as she was pulling away. Then she gets to the next ear and this is where it got really bad. She pierced the ear and didn't do something right with it and the earring gets stuck half in my nieces ear and have in the piercing thing. So for the next 3-4 freaking minutes, she continues to try to get it out and it's tugging on her ear and she is screaming and it got to the point of me asking if she needs to get away so we could figure this out. It was really bad. Clare's needs to either get better equipment to be piercing or need to only allow experienced employees to do it. Super upset about this. The girl didn't apologize or check on my niece afterwards. I'm sure she felt bad but she didn't act like it. So then we paid the $90 freaking dollars and left. I made sure she knew this was not okay before I left... wouldn't recommend making an appointment with just any employee there and at least be aware of the risks beforehand.

Got my nipple pierced and it's my first professional piercing. I am 57 years old. I was a bit nervous, because I pierced my own ear when I was 24 years old and I let that close up about 30 years ago. Jimmy made me feel welcome. When I called ahead, he told me that he was looking forward to seeing me later. I felt a friendly warmth that cemented my decision. After the paper work with Jimmt, I waited about 13 minutes and he called my straight in to see Luke. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He let me choose my barbell ball size for both sides. The table was fresh cleaned off. He changed gloves and used an antimicrobial serum to sterilize the site. It was over so fast that I felt the sharp pain for only a second! I like the size, look and have not had any infection. Luke instructed me about after care and I received written care instructions. thought it best to buy their brand of saline mist for $12 and I am glad I did. It is keeping the piercing clean. I am using it twice a day. The price was great! I wish I had known you could get extra piercings for one fee and I would have done both nipples at the same time. Went to Luke about a year ago to get my nose pierced. It was painless and he did an amazing job! Fast forward to now, I had decided to go to Starfire Body Piercing and tattoo, and get my nipples pierced.... worst idea ever! I had read bad reviews, and should've listened to them. She pierced me with way too small of a bar, and told me a bunch of mumbo jumbo that was clearly wrong! I listened to them and waited until the balls were being swallowed by my nipple. Starfire wanted to charge me again to put a different bar in, on top of making me pay $12 for the salt spray most shops give you for free. I should have went to Luke in the first place!! I went in and waited maybe 5 minutes, if that to see Luke. He took one look and said it was way too small. Not only that but the guy up front even told me she should have measured my nipples before using the size bars she did. They have always been super friendly and very knowledgeable! I paid $10 for a new bar and they gave me salt soak. I will never go anywhere but Trendkill, to get pierced again! Thanks guys!! We love Trendkill read more

My daughter and I went into get our noses pierced and it was by far the best experience getting a piercing I've ever had. We were greeted as if they were happy we were there. They answered all of our questions, helped us choose our jewelry, and were very thorough with care instructions. My daughter got lightheaded at one point and they were so kind and patient with her. Reassuring her that it happens all the time, gave her juice to help her feel better and sat with us until everyone felt comfortable with us leaving. I will absolutely be going back, and highly recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing in Central Oregon. read more

I went to Trendkill with my mom and little sister after going to Starfire for my septum and reading all the 5 star reviews. Immediately I noticed differences. Trendkill feels way more professional our piercer Luke definitely knew what he was talking about and educated us way past what Starfire told me. For example I had no idea you weren't supposed to twist your piercings but we learned so much new info. Also my little sister was very nervous about the needle and Luke helped her feel comfortable and do the piercing quickly. We all love our piercings and will definitely be coming back if we need another piercing. read more

In case you're on the fence, it's absolutely worth driving out to Redmond to go to these guys. This place is clean, everything has been sterilized, and it doesn't give off the grungy vibe so many piercing studios are feared for. The staff here really knows their stuff and went into specific details of how to keep my piercing clean (they even have a foam glove touting it in one of their rooms). Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable - and best of all, they didn't get annoyed when I asked a barrage of potentially silly questions! read more

I had a great experience getting my nose pierced here a few weeks ago, but I was really disappointed during my visit this afternoon. Unfortunately, my piercing fell out, so I went back to get a new stud. The woman at the counter, who identified herself as "Nat," was very rude and unprofessional. It's such a shame because I once had a positive impression of this place last time. I think they really need to address this issue if they want to maintain their reputation. Absolutely amazing place. They helped me out today after I got a nose ring at a different place closer to where I live, and it fell out just three days after getting it pierced. The other place told me to come back in a few weeks and I would have to pay full price again. I stopped at trend kill to see if they could help me out and they immediately repierce my nose for me and only had me pay for the jewelry. They were amazing, fast, efficient, and sanitary!! 10/10 recommend and will never go to a different place again. read more

I came in for a face dermal today. Front desk clerk was super fast and nice (sorry dude I didn't catch your name) and wasn't pushy at all with jewelry like a lot of places are. Luke who did my dermal had a good sense of humor and made sure to explain the aftercare well. He made the experience awesome and I wasn't nervous at all once I got in the back room with him. I took my daughters there yesterday for their piercings and I ended up getting mine done as well. The owner is Luke and he is amazing. So professional and full of knowledge. He is gentle and doesn't rush you through. The front staff (Riley) is pretty great at his job as well! Everyone in the shop was amazing. Justin helped us pick out jewelry and suggested sizes for my double helix which I LOVE. Jim did my piercings and it was the best experience. I was in and out in less than 2 mins and I know they were busy because there was about an hour wait (filled out paper work and chatted with the guys up front and did not feel like an hour at all) but Jim really knows his stuff. read more

Me and my sister went in for piercings. When we told the receptionist/piercer what we wanted she seemed to have an attitude change with us. We felt uncomfortable to the point where we questioned if we wanted to get the piercing here. Luke was Amazing! My daughter got her navel pieced. He talked her through her fear of needles. (No big deal). Perfect position, very clean and knowledgeable!
