I've gotten several piercings here, and they've all been great! They have reasonable prices for excellent jewelry and very skilled, professional staff. However, the time estimations they give are wildly misleading. I have never had them give me an accurate time estimation. I've been told an hour wait, I've heard twenty minutes, and I've heard a half hour. It's never been less than triple their estimate. I love Trend Kill, but be ready to wait around. read more

The owner,manager,and front desk woman all refused me service because I have 2 service dogs.they tried stating it's an Oregon law that they aren't allowed to piercing area because it's considered medical I told them that was not true.i politely informed them if they make me leave it's highly illegal and they can be taken to the dept of justice and did they rly want to do that. The response was yes absolutely. This is poor professionalism. And it is extremely against the law to refuse me service because I am disabled and require two service dogs. Still fantastic! I had my nostril pierced here a few years ago and just returned for four ear piercings- a daith, double helix and second lobe. My piercer was awesome and made me feel more at ease about the daith piercing since I was nervous, and it went a lot quicker than I expected! They also helped me swap out some bad jewelry that a different piercing studio in Bend (you know the one) did in some other piercings and were super nice and helpful about it. Visiting town from out of state. I came to watch my cousin & aunt get their nose pierced. I wanted a set of earrings since I don't like the one I had. However, there was a woman that was absolutely rude & definitely had an attitude... mind you I am hard of hearing & she spoke way too fast & talked super quiet. Even my aunt was like "what is her problem?" Absolutely unacceptable & unprofessional. Although the guy the actually pierced the nose (he did my ears too a couple years ago) was super nice & funny. both Gnat at the front desk and my piercer were super sweet and helpful. i went in to get a longer post as a walk in emergency and they did an amazing job at helping me out. i went in with tons of pain in my tragus while traveling from arizona and left with so much relief! my piercer did a great job with keeping a safe and sterile environment while also helping me out to relieve my pain. the wait wasn't terrible for being one of the only walk in services nearby and the staff was super helpful and kind!! highly recommend! read more

The only place to go for piercings in Central Oregon! I did a ton of research before going here for my septum and it worked out great. If you want gold jewelry, you can skip the funky horseshoe with balls and get pierced with a beautiful, minimal gold ring. I still wear the same septum ring I got for the piercing because it's just that lovely, I have yet to see anything that compares. My daughter came in for a Philtrim piercing on 8/30/21 while we were vacationing in Sunriver. She had Jimmy complete this process. She went into a piercing store where we live to get a smaller bar as her piercing was bothering her and the lady told her she was pierced incorrectly. Jimmy didn't place a marking on the back either. Please see photos below and DON'T go to them. She ended up having to have it re-pierced!!! Please see photos for reference.The last photo is the corrected piercing. As you can see the original piercing was WAY OFF!! I've reached out for a refund and was offered a "credit". Why on earth would I send my daughter back to a place that did it wrong, not to mention we're out of the area. The owner Luke is very unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place is worth all its stars. First of all, it was crazy busy, which is always a sign of a good business. Never once did Justin seem stressed or not friendly. He was amazing at handling everyone and when it was your turn, he talked right to you and was so knowledgeable and helpful and kind! The team here works hard. The palace is also super sterile and clean Oh and one other thing, someone complained about the cost of the earrings, they had a huge range and quite nice ones at all levels. I stopped into Trend Kill again yesterday to get new jewelry, and when I checked in I realized I never updated my review once I did get pierced here! My first visit was to have someone look at my nipple piercings even though I did not get them done here here but had some concerns. My previous review has more details on that but overall my first experience was great and Luke was incredibly helpful with the issues I was having. I think my second time was just to quickly fix my septum ring that I had lost a ball too, and the third time I came in to get another hole in each earlobe and one of my daith's pierced. By this point I already had a good idea of what to expect in terms of service and everyone was as friendly this time around. I've been getting pierced for years but I still get nervous about it and don't take the pain well, but it's always helpful to have someone who's friendly and understanding of still being a bit nervous. I haven't had any issues with the 3 piercings I've gotten here so far and this is my first choice of where to go when I want more done. I don't believe I've ever caught the names of the man and woman who work up front but they also have always been super nice and helpful too! Yesterday I stopped in for a new septum ring. I just wanted the same style of ring I already had but "bigger" but not to change the gage size and I felt like I was having a hard time explaining what I meant but the guy got what I was saying and picked out the perfect jewelry. While I've had my septum piercing for almost 10 years, I've still only changed out the jewelry on my own maybe two times. I prefer to have help if I am already in somewhere so I waited a little bit to have Luke put it in for me which was quick. I also wanted to pick up more emu oil that I was given when I was having issues with my nipple piercings. That stuff is a godsend. Small bottles are $5 and the bigger ones are $10. It lasts awhile so I think it's well worth the money. I can't recommend this stuff enough. It's been helping my nipple piercings that before did not seem to want to heal and now I intend to keep at least a back up of it in case they start acting up again. TLDR; been here 4 or 5 times now for various reasons, every time they've been helpful and friendly and I intend to keep coming back, and I have no reason to not recommend Trend Kill to others! read more

I came here a lil bit ago looking for a good quality rose gold septum. An associate recommended a "really nice 24k quality piece" within 2 weeks the ball broke off to the point the screw was stuck inside my piercing. I called them to ask what had happened and on the phone they seamed frustrated at me for having it broken, I still got it replaced. Fast forward a month later if the new good quality piecing it has broken again just like last time. Today one of my friends came in looking for jewelry as well and the same guy quoted him a certain amount for the piecing but once he ran it up it came out $30 over what he quoted. My friend asked what happened and he got super defensive & said "I added it up on the calculator". My friend was thrown off by his rude behavior & customer service. I got my ears pierced there back in October and the stone popped off on my lobe when I was on vacation. It wasn't too bad because I had the pieces and got help putting it back in. Those studs are supposed to be screw backs. The stone just popped clean of. And today, I went to scratch my ear and my helix piercing stone popped clean off too! The stone sun fell out and I couldn't find it because it was so tiny. Again, ITS SUPPOSED TO SCREW ON THE BACK AND NOT FALL OUT OF YOUR EAR. The quality of the jewelry is so terrible and the owner is extremely problematic. Don't go here. Just go to starfire in bend and they might charge more, but hey, at least your jewelry won't fall out. read more

I have to say that we had a very good initial experience with the staff and the actual piercing procedure when getting my daughter's (13 years old) ears pierced. But we were a bit floored when we saw the price of the earrings. We purchased some very small gold crosses for her. I mean they were tiny! And they cost $135 EACH, and that did not include the posts which were $14 each. So out the door we paid $298 for what we assumed must be extremely high quality earrings. Well within a week we had to come back because one had bent (they do have a life time guarantee). They straightened it out and we were on our way. But on vacation we noticed one of the earrings had fallen out of the post and it was nowhere to be found. So we had to take the other one out so we could put a matching pair in her ears. This was less than a month from getting them in her ears. This is when I realized that the earring itself was just a cross with a tiny little post that they "bend" a bit to get it to stay secured in the post. No wonder it came out of her ear! When I called they said there was nothing they could do, which is what I assumed they would say. But I have to tell you I am EXTREMELY disappointed. $300 spent on earrings and less than a month later we are missing one. I had thought these would be special earrings she would have for the rest of her life, but there is no way you could take these on and off and keep "bending" the earring post to get it to stay in the threadless post and expect them to last. Like I said, loved the staff and the job they did, but super upset about the cost of the earrings for the quality. If I had to do it again I would bring my own earrings in and save myself a ton of cash! read more
