My friend, sister and I (and my kids tagged along) came to get ear piercings and the girl at the front answered all our questions about the jewelry we spent forever choosing. The piercer was super nice too and let us all basically watch eachother go through getting stabbed with needles. As relaxing as getting stabbed with a needle can be, it was a really good experience for all of us!

However, the time estimations they give are wildly misleading. I have never had them give me an accurate time estimation. I've been told an hour wait, I've heard twenty minutes, and I've heard a half hour. It's never been less than triple their estimate. I love Trend Kill, but be ready to wait around.

Showed up from a 45 min drive to be turned away and told they are keeping our deposit- wouldn't let us reschedule for any other time Girl said her boss which I'm assuming is "Jamie" told her no after the fact and we are just ass out. Terrible business practices. Hope yall are closed down tbh. I buy jewelry often and are always getting body mods. I've never seen a shop ran like this and I'll NEVER recommend this place to anyone due to her just being a thief.

The newer piercings are now closing in on two months of healing and I have had ZERO issues with the piercings done at the other studio. The starfire ones? STILL GET INFECTED or at minimum irritation bumps, and they're on the same ear as the newer double helix. This gives me further proof that my aftercare is fine, it's the piercings. Don't go here. Just drive the 30 minutes and save yourself months of oozing piercings.

Angela came to the front desk right away, my appointment was with her for a piercing :) given that it was a more personal area piercing, I was pretty nervous! But excited I had read and heard how kind she is, how comfortable she makes guests feel. and honestly, it couldn't be more true...she made me feel so comfortable, was so nice, asked multiple times how I was doing and was so fun to talk to and meet. Like I said, I was a nervous wreck and I'm convinced nobody could have made me feel more at ease than her. Everything is so clean, her jewlery options are crazy pretty, and overall I couldn't recommend enough. I will recommend her shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing. Thank you so much Angela!!!! I'm so thankful you're in Bend :)

Wish I had the video to post.. we took our niece in there today to get her ears pierced, she is 3…read moremonths old so we made an appointment asking that someone with a lot of experience could do it for us. We came in and the girl working this morning talked about how she has done a ton of piercings and did a 4 month old yesterday so it made us feel comfortable. Well right before it started we asked how long she had been doing it... she said "well honestly about a month" so now we were nervous but she assured us that it is so easy and will be fast and smooth. So now I'm holding my niece and we told her to go from one ear to the next and make it as quickly as possible so it wasn't to bad for her... she gets the first side done, not very good. It snagged a little as she was pulling away. Then she gets to the next ear and this is where it got really bad. She pierced the ear and didn't do something right with it and the earring gets stuck half in my nieces ear and have in the piercing thing. So for the next 3-4 freaking minutes, she continues to try to get it out and it's tugging on her ear and she is screaming and it got to the point of me asking if she needs to get away so we could figure this out. It was really bad. Clare's needs to either get better equipment to be piercing or need to only allow experienced employees to do it. Super upset about this. The girl didn't apologize or check on my niece afterwards. I'm sure she felt bad but she didn't act like it. So then we paid the $90 freaking dollars and left. I made sure she knew this was not okay before I left... wouldn't recommend making an appointment with just any employee there and at least be aware of the risks beforehand.
