In my personal experience, David was extremely difficult to work with. Communication was consistently delayed, dismissive, or flat-out unhelpful. Every attempt to get clear answers felt like hitting a wall. Instead of professionalism, I encountered what I can only describe as a level of disorganization and indifference that made even simple tasks unnecessarily stressful. The management of the complex reflected the same issues. Problems were ignored, updates were nonexistent, and owners were left guessing about what was happening with their own property. It became clear to me that Premier had no interest in transparency or efficiency, at least based on how my concerns were handled.
