Other realtors I spoke with were not invested, uninterested, never called me back or followed up with me. They just took my name, number, and email address asked me a few questions as to what I was looking for, put the information in their portal database and basically told me to call them back if I saw anything interesting. I was just another "buyer" to them, giving me the impression they didn't care If I did business with them or not..And ALL of them told me I had to wait at least a week to meet in person to look at houses!! But not Carmen, I continued to do my research and found her profile on Trulia. Beside the fact that she has a wonderful professional realtor photo, I checked out her stats. I bought a house from them almost two years ago and still have MANY issues that have not been addressed. Also, they will use the cheapest materials they can find. I hired a lawyer and he told me he uses shell LLC's so you can sue him but he'll just move the money around so you'll spend $10,000 trying to get $1000 from him because he is known to do that.
