Friendly management office in providing an impromptu apartment tour right before office closing once they learned we were from another state looking to move to the area. had to leave an update to really show how awful this place is. Someone from the office finally emailed me back after numerous contact attempts on my part. They told me it was MY FAULT these charges were added and that they didn't know I was moving out of my apartment because I never sent them an updated intent to vacate document. In fact I had proof in my email that I sent it back to the same email that was CURRENTLY CONTACTING ME. Instead of apologizing, this ignorant person doubled down saying "well, I can't speak to that because I didn't see it." she tried to tell me someone higher up was working on the charges but I didn't trust anyone in that office at this point, so I asked for contact info to talk to them myself. they refused.. the charges were eventually taken off to reflect only 12 days of residency for the month, but for the way ai was treated, the arrogance, and the lack of communication and competence in management, I don't think I should be charged at all for the month, especially considering they downright refused to let me speak with a higher up. If you are looking at this dump, do yourself a favor and don't move here!!!! read more

The walls and ceilings leak when it rains. No one can clearly answer when things are going to be fixed. There's graffiti in the building off and on. Neighbors don't understand how to be good neighbors - loud music, smoking in their apartment, leaving trash outside their door. read more

Dont let those high ceilings and brick walls fool you. These are lackluster overpriced apartments that are constantly having some type of issue, broken down appliances, no heat, no a/c and an office that doesn't do much about it. Packages get stolen 8/10 times, gym is filled with broken and old machines from the 90s the pool is grimy and needs work, and beware of all the dog poo in the halls, elevators and outside. Not enough laundry machines for the 200+ apartments they stuff everyone into per building with 10 washers and dryers People trash the building, stairwell and any common space and it will always have a funky smell. Also don't expect your high rent to reflect a "safe" or "up and coming neighborhood" you car will get broken into. Mine 3 times in 2 years. These apartments are only made to withstand a maximum of one year of living in otherwise you should look elsewhere. read more

Did not enjoy our year of living here. Staff was very unresponsive, we asked several times to have things fixed. It would take over a week to get someone out, all they would do is look at it and do a quick fix which would break within several days. Ceilings had mold growing that they just painted over. Neighbors would steal laundry and packages, offices would do nothing about it. They also will raise the rent on you if you decide to lease. Extremely overpriced. I have lived here since 10/1/18, so I plan to make updates to this review as my lease (10mo) goes on. Rent Price: The new MGM Grand in Springfield, MA (about 15min away) increased the property value of the area, but I feel $1500/mo for a 1 bedroom with old kitchen appliances is steep. I know the northeast is notorious for a relatively high cost of living...but sheesh. This neighborhood is a little old, but the complex is kind of in it's own little upgraded bubble and police patrol ALL THE TIME so I'm not worried. You do have several things included in the cost of your rent, though (water, sewer, trash, heat, a storage bin). Staff: Barbara has been my front office point of contact from day one, and she is a gem. I really like the front office staff. They are very personable, responsive, and pleasant. When my boyfriend and I toured our apartment before move in there was a HORRIBLE smell (tenants before us had pets) and Barbara immediately contacted maintenance and got the ball rolling for a brand new carpet. When we moved in, the smell was gone and our carpet is SO SOFT and beautiful. Maintenance: I have had a couple of maintenance issues (mail key and dishwasher not working) and they were fixed the day I submitted the work order. The maintenance guys I met were very courteous, and fixed everything in a timely fashion. Noise: There's a dog that lives in my area and poor thing barks all the time when it's lonely. It's not annoying (I personally love dogs) but you can hear it. Other than that the complex and neighborhood is quiet. Bradley-International Airport is about 15-20min away so you can sometimes (vaguely) hear planes taking off/landing. Also, there are train tracks near the complex. Ammenities: The tennis court is brand new. The grounds are well kept. The fitness center has a few pieces of equipment that need upgrading (ex. torn seats on the spin bike) but I like it. It has just enough to get the job done, and the sauna in the locker room is a huge bonus. My boyfriend has used the indoor lap pool, and is a fan. There are racquetball courts and a small personal yoga room which are really nice. read more

We are nearing the end of a wonderful stay at Northland Community's loft apartment complex at Bigelow Commons. I have to say that after living here with this fantastic architecture, high ceilings exposed brick, and genially spacious apartment, we could never look at apartment living the same again. This has been luxury. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful, caring people, and respond quickly and with friendliness to every need and request from their residents. The social-community events are fun and rewarding. The residents are good neighbors, and in some cases have become lifelong friends. Thank you Bigelow for a great five years. We've only been living at Bigelow Commons for about 8 months & made the move out of state. We are renting a 2 bedroom (1200sq ft unit) & absolutely love the exposed brick/beams & high ceilings. Our kitchen & bathrooms definitely give you the 1990's vibe in comparison, but you get used to it. The office staff & maintenance teams are AWESOME. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved and they're professional guys. The amenities are great & the landscaping is VERY nice. I have said on a few occasions that it would be nice if they were to update flooring issues & aesthetics within our units, instead of pouring so much money into the landscaping. We can hear everything above us because the buildings are so old (which we like in a sense). But I would have expected Northland to put more money into making the units more soundproof, since they knew how old these buildings were when the investment was made. Other than that, it's a good place. Watch out for the drug-users on the corner down the street & all the children running wildly about without parental supervision. There are downsides to every complex, you just have to decide if you can handle the crappy issues. Still a good place to live for a few years. read more

We just moved in a week ago but so far so good! Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and have the tenants best interest at heart. Due to corona the pool is closed mon/tues and amenity times have shortened which kind of stinks but totally understandable in these unprecedented times. They are doing a great job and we are excited to continue living here in our cozy new home. Also the community is beautiful! And the pool is resort like. There is also an option to transfer your lease if your job moves and also heat and AC is included which is a game changer. Thanks bigelow!! read more

Bigelow Commons has had a nice website and a nice sales process, so it tends lure in people who aren't from the area. If you've lived there for a while, you'll probably realize you've made a terrible mistake. For one thing, their listed prices are practically fraudulent. When I rented my apartment, it listed for 750 in one location and 800 in another. When I went to sign my lease, they'd bumped it up to 880 at the last second in the paperwork without mentioning it. By that point I'd already passed up my other options and hired movers, so I went along with it after they agreed to replace the appliances with nicer models (which they never did even after some broke). After that, they've raised the rent about 15% per year while claiming that "prices in the area are going up, so we're just trying to keep pace". That's simply not true. They like to bet on the fact that the cost and inconvenience of moving will outweigh the incremental increases in rent. The apartment complex is in a very rough area. We've had two car break-ins and have routinely seen people dealing something just down the street. The police patrol the area very heavily, but it only helps a little. All that, and Bigelow Commons claims prices are going up 15% per year? I routinely had maintenance issues that they failed to fix quickly despite the claims of 24 hour turnaround. My sink was overflowing for two weeks, completely unusable, and ruined some of my belongings before they even came by. They once thought my rent was under by $10 when they added an additional charge for their renter's insurance (which I'd already opted out of by providing them with written copies of proof of insurance that I'd independently purchased). Within a week, I had a letter saying they would pursue legal action and wreck my 800+ credit rating when their charge was illegitimate and due to their own failure to notify me or process their own paperwork. Even if someone was legitimately $10 under, why would there be a need for such aggressive action? That sort of billing behavior is despicable. When I decided to take my rent month-to-month and finally move, they increased it by almost 50%. I don't at all see how that's even vaguely reasonable. So, the apartment complex tours reasonably well, has a nice website, and has a very pleasant and polite sales process, but don't get suckered in by strong sales and deceptive pricing behavior. I'd highly recommend avoiding Bigelow Commons. read more

My daughter and I lived here for a long time and we definitely enjoyed the outdoor pool/grill area. On the downside, the rent is extremely pricey for a worn- down property and a very undesirable neighborhood. (As long as you stay within the grounds of Bigelow, however, you should be fine.) Another downside was the amount of dogs on the property. There was one in our building that barked constantly and there were frequent " pet messes" in the common hallways. In addition, it was hard to enjoy the grounds, while trying to dodge dog feces in the grass. Lastly, The porters and maintenance were great...5 stars for them. read more

For the size and price of the apartment rooms it is very reasonable. They offer one to three bedrooms and include complimentary wi-fi for residents. In addition, there is also a gym and in-door pool which is nice for athletes who wish to stay dry during the rainy days. However, my greatest pet-peeve is their restricted mailing services. They do not accept flowers or any perishable goods, and anything that is sent via USPS must be picked up at the post office. Such a burden! read more

I really enjoy living here. The apartments are nice and spacious. When we moved into apartment it had been professionally cleaned, which is a huge plus in my book. The health club like facilities are my favorite. The gym isn't huge, but it has everything you need for cardio or weight lifting. There's even a punching bag and boxing gloves! The gym classes are one of a kind and the fact that most are free for residents makes the rent worth it's weight in gold right there! I love the Total Body Workout class and will be joining Aqua Zumba when it starts next week! The indoor and outdoor pools are awesome. I love how there r grills by the outdoor pool with gas and grilling utensils provided. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone! read more

I've been living in Bigelow Commons for about 9 months now, and the longer I live there the less I can recommend the complex. The apartments look very appealing from the outside and the scenery are one of the big up-sides to the complex. The pool is beautiful and the facilities are very well-kept. However, that's really where the advantages end. For the price you would expect far more in terms of amenities and convenience of living. The only dumpsters for the entire complex are located at the entrance, so if you live across the way you have to get in your car to take the trash out. Though every building has laundry facilities, the only place to fill your laundry card is next to the leasing office. Again, this requires a potentially long trip for those who do not live in that part of the campus. Worst is the style of management exhibited by the office. It is very clear as you live there that they are run by a gigantic, faceless company that has no interest in communicating directly with it's residents. The residential mangers are friendly, but ultimately incapable of fixing any real issues you may have. Starting in 2015, the apartment no longer accepts deliveries for it's residents. That means either you have it delivered to your office (which many people cannot do), or have it left outside your apartment for anyone to take. The office on site explained this eliminated liability from the Northland parent company. While a prudent business decision, it was clearly made with little regard for the impact on the residents. Winter time brings copious leaks in the roof. Though notified multiple times about water running down our bedroom walls and into the base boards, the office still has taken no action. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. read more

Apartments are overpriced, the "health club members" from outside of the apartment community take over the gym and classes, the old buildings have constant problems, including bugs and rodents. There is only one dumpster for the entire complex so it is a long walk to simply throw away trash.I do not plan to renew my lease. read more

In October of 2020, I had an accident. I slipped and fell, and blew out my knee. I was unable to do much of anything for a few months. The staff stepped up when I asked for help. I live by myself. They helped with everything from depositing my trash in the dumpster, to clearing the ice and snow around the car, making sure the sidewalks around the building were accessible, and encouraging me to get better. Say what you want about the decor, the rent, the amenities; what you should know is that during the most critical times of your life, the staff makes this place feel like it is so much more than an apartment complex. The maintenance staff is amazing! They always come by within a day or two of a request (all our requests have been minor), and explain the issue and what their next steps are. They leave a paper as well that discloses the same info, which is awesome when I'm not home. Specifically Phil and Bob have been awesome, we also had two younger gentleman come by within 5 minutes once when I smelt an odd smell. It ended up being nothing, but it was nice that they came by so quickly since it had concerned me. read more

I will start off saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. We lived at Bigelow Commons in Building 1 (the nicer building according to most) for 10 months and our experience was nothing but painful. Upon move in, our stove, microwave, and shades were all broken. It took them months to replace them, things that should have been done before we moved into our apartment. Two weeks into living there, we had a huge leak in our bathroom ceiling from the apartment above. They had to re-sheet rock our entire bathroom. As time went on, there were constant issues that arose. Their heat/AC and hot water are ALWAYS having constant issues. Their laundry is extremely over priced. We had three pairs of shoes stolen from outside of our door. People are constantly having expensive packages stolen from the mail room because mail staff are too lazy to deliver to your door. When residents complains and asked for camera's to be put in mailroom, they have done nothing but say "Get your package delivered somewhere else". Now about their staff...their front office staff constantly harassed our neighbor, saying they were "sniffing under her door" (creepy) made her pay a fine for her dog barking (we lived right next door and he did not even bark a lot) with no warning and no notice. Every time we called the front office, their staff was dismissive, inattentive, and outright rude. They even hung up the phone mid-sentence multiple times on me and my boyfriend! There were fights in the parking lot from other residents, and when there were complaints nothing was done. They would text you personally telling you to take things away from your door as a "fire hazard" yet staff who lived their and worked there had multiple decorations outside of their door. We decided because of all their crap to finally leave. In addition, they were also increasing our rent for a renewal by 125$ for a STUDIO apartments. 1,300 for a STUDIO?? Steep. When we moved out of Bigelow Commons, we did not receive our security deposit back. We did have an accident on the carpet in one stop but nothing that a patch could not fix. They charged us over $780 dollars. We have no problem paying this price because we did damage the carpet but we requested a quote just to see what we were paying for. After a week of calling and asking for quote. They tried to contact us by email and would refuse to pick up the phone. When my boyfriend finally got ahold of them and politely was asking them why they couldn't provide a quote, Barbara angrily hung up the phone on his mid-sentence TWO TIMES. They still refused after a week to provide a quote. We didn't want to go to small claims court so we paid the amount. They essentially pulled the price of repairs right out of their arse. Come to find out, they replaced the damaged carpet in the apartment with HARD WOOD for the next renter. AT THE EXPENSE OF US. NO WONDER THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE US WITH A QUOTE. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of living, and the absolute entitlement and rudeness that surrounds their office staff. They are price gougers, incompetent, and run a sleezy business. Bigelow Commons is an absolute nightmare to live and I would recommend it to absolutely no one. I have lived in two different apartments at Bigelow Commons and did not have great experiences in either. The staff in the front office is not helpful, many packages of mine were stolen, there is no security cameras in parking lots/inside buildings, cars are often broken into, water is off for up to 12 hours 1-2x a month. Not to mention, it is in a very rough area and the front door of the apartment building was completely open for months on end and management was called often to fix this issue. Rent is very expensive as well. In one apartment, we had a 2 bedroom and as someone who is from out of town we did not get to check the apartment out prior to moving in. The 2 bedroom ended up being a loft with one room completely open to the downstairs area with minimal privacy. Although amenities are nice - indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center - would not recommend living here and paying huge prices for no security system/compromised security. read more

I believe the marketing for Bigelow Commons is better than the actual property or service. This complex has a perfect opportunity to be a high end apartment complex, but once you are locked in, you will find they fall very short on customer service, which is important when you have issues that need to be adressed. I have unfortunately found the staff to be seemingly uncaring and condescending with their tenants. I recently had an issue arise over the weekend that prevented me from staying in the apartment. When I contacted the staff, I was told they could not address my situation until Monday when management returned. Overall, my experience has been very poor and I would not recommend this property to anyone. read more

Living at Bigelow Commons was a pleasure. The buildings are beautiful, the staff is responsive and helpful, and the amenities are great. The first reviews I saw were those here on Yelp, so I was skeptical about signing on, but I'm glad I did. It feels a bit like living at a hotel, except of course that no one washes your sheets or throws out your trash. Massive windows and wide-open floor plans are the norm. Laundry facilities are kept clean and are close enough to the apartment that it's only slightly less convenient than having my own washer and dryer. The gym could use a sprucing, but it has a good variety of equipment and I never had to wait for a treadmill or a weight bench. There's both an outdoor and an indoor pool, both of which are kept in top shape, and the tennis court is one of the nicest I've seen at any apartment complex. If you're not familiar with Enfield, it's a small-ish town, but it has every store and service you might need (Target, Costco, Home Depot, Best Buy, and others, plus plenty of car repair shops and restaurants). There are frequent town events within walking distance of Bigelow Commons, such as the oddly gigantic July 4th blowout and the cute lil' seasonal farmer's market. The neighborhood the complex sits in front of isn't the best and I wouldn't recommend letting your kids ride out back unsupervised, but the grounds themselves are perfectly safe and usually whisper-quiet. Neighbors were very friendly and mostly quiet in the surrounding apartments as well. I don't know why Yelp in particular has such a low rating for Bigelow (other sites have much more favorable reviews), but I think it's totally undeserved. I had nothing but a good experience here and would gladly move back in if I found myself looking for a place in the area again. read more

We moved into Bigelow Commons a few months ago, we had lived in our previous home for over 30 years and expected it to be a big adjustment to live in an apartment but were pleasantly surprised to find that we really enjoy apartment living. The staff here, especially Shirley, have been wonderful with regard to renting the apartment, daily interactions, questions/answers, and maintenance. We've only had a few reasons to call maintenance and each time its been addressed promptly, that day or the day after. Dan has been our primary maintenance guy but I've had interaction with Mike as well and they are equally as friendly, caring, and attentive to any issue we've had. The apartments are really nice, some of the appliances are dated but work just fine. My only criticism is of the washers and dryers, but as with any 'laundromat' people in the building don't care for them like they would if they were their own (not a fault of Bigelow). We were surprised to see the master bedroom in our 2 bedroom had an 'ensuite' bathroom, we love that feature. The grounds around and inside the building areas are really nice, the amenities have met our needs (from the two pools, the gym, the outdoor seating areas, and the grills). Parking has not been a problem, there's always a space available no matter what time of day we come home. Bigelow Commons apartment living was a great choice for us! read more

Bigelow Commons was by far THE WORST place that I've lived so far in my life, and I would certainly expect that to remain the case for the remainder of my time on this planet. My biggest regret in life is that I didn't heed the advice of the numerous neighbors that fled for their lives around me and move out sooner. I'm disappointed that I can't give it negative stars and am forced to give it one star that it certainly does not deserve. Let us start with the price. The rent will skyrocket from the initial lease that you sign - expect an increase of at LEAST $100-$200+ with each new lease signed (but depending on the length of the lease it can be significantly more). Choosing the cheapest option/length of time with each new lease the rent went up approximately 40-50% over the course of three leases. With a starting rent of around $1000 for a one bedroom we would be paying over $1450 had we continued to stay there. The buildings are old and the roof is in shambles - when it rains they need to place buckets all around the apartment complex to catch the rain falling into the interior. The rain destroyed the ceiling of our apartment leaving us with a "skylight" (AKA a hole) that was not quickly fixed. With the rain comes the mold - and oh boy these old buildings are filled with it. The walls are paper thin - get used to saying "God Bless You" to your neighbors through the walls. We were told there was no dogs allowed in our building when we first moved in - the numerous dogs barking from all around us all hours of the night seemed to prove that statement false. Getting rid of garbage/recycling involves trekking across the property to the corner where the dumpster is located. Laundry involves a card system where you have to pre-pay, unfortunately the machines to add money to the card are not located in each building so (again) you better get used to trekking across the property when you need to do a load. You are held hostage regarding heat and AC - only one can be on at a time and you are at their mercy for when they switch it, so you better have fans for those hot days where the AC hasn't been turned on yet. I have plenty more I could say - we could get into the crime and our cars being broken into, that they towed my car, the stolen UPS packages left at my door and the numerous other reasons for why I will always curse Bigelow's name. But alas this review is long enough. In summary - do yourself a favor and do not move here. There are cheaper, bigger and more friendly locations right near by that you will be much happier with. read more

This place is horrible. Don't move there. Its dark and all you hear are trains go by. If you enjoy the sound of a train going through your bedroom - move here. It is wayyyy overpriced , and I had mold issues, dishwasher backing up, toilet leaking and kitchen falling apart. Not only that they control the heat and A/C , the apartment had two temperatures - unbearably hot and a freezer. Another person I know that lives there has had non-stop leaks through the ceiling. On their seventh leak in their apartment . It is centered in the middle of a bad section of Enfield, and the police enforce the 'community block watch.' In the year I was there, i was pulled over 5 times for nothing. They would ask me 'what brings you here?' In the year I was there, there was a heroin bust up the street , a murder and I'm sure I'm missing something else. They did a horrible job at snow removal , and at times it was like walking on an ice rink to my car.For the mortgage payment they demand in rent , its by far not worth it. Also don't expect your deposit back. They kept 60% of the security deposit for carpet stains. Its cheap carpet and they put new cheap carpet in for the next sucker. Never again. read more

I lived in Bigelow Commons for a year with my girlfriend. It is a great place with friendly staff and the rooms are a good size. The property is well maintained and spacious enough to have friends or family over to swim in the outdoor pool or use the grill. I am disappointed by many of the reviewers here as they are not being genuine to how good Bigelow Commons is and I am glad that I choose to stay here. The area is safe and nice, I have never had any or have seen any issue with anyone here and many times I and my girlfriend separately have walked outside in the early morning after work or drinks and have never felt unsafe. Bigelow has great security with locking doors and many great neighbors looking out as well. The maintenance staff are great answering emergencies in less than 12 hours like a clogged toilet. I was disappointed to hear one maintenance staff member cursing my girlfriends name while he unclogged the toilet not knowing she was in the apartment sick from work. All the other maintenance staff are great so I really would only put this as a small rare instance. The apartment is nicely furnished and you have everything you need, shower is HOOOOT and never runs out of heat (Free water too!!). Bigelow was a great experience. I know mnay people complain about the gym, but really they are being Diva's about it. The fact is its free which is a plus, you have weight room and cardio machines and a pool. It's not Planet Fitness, but cmon its free and you do have everything you need to workout. read more

When I was looking around for apartments I knew that I wanted to be in a decent property with a pool, gym etc. I also like being around people and not in an old house that was converted to ghetto apartments. When I went to alot of other places they were either not as nice or very expensive (everything is expensive in CT). Bigelow was the nicest that I've seen from Hartford to Springfield for this price range. It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and it isn't $1500 like the really nice places. What I liked is that there is some cool architecture and the buildings are solid. Old and a little creaky but solid. Some of the apartment buildings I looked at in other complexes, I was afraid to walk in the second floor apartments because the neighbors would hear. You don't really hear your neighbors here. Everytime I put in a maintenance request, the guys have it done the next day, no questions. There are minor issues like the neighborhood isn't great, but I walk and have never had an issue. There is a little store and a liquor store within walking distance, same with CVS and an Asian market. There are a lot of dogs here, but for the most part people clean up - there will always be some jerk who doesn't. The two pools are great, the office staff very nice. It is easy to get upset about small things but in reality, this is a decent place for the money close to shopping and restaurants and only 10-15 minutes to Springfield. My two biggest complaints are that they spend money on the outsides and tennis court when most of us don't use that, and they could be updating the air conditioning system or the apartments. In the really hot weather or fall and spring when the weather has big temp changes the top floors can be a little warm so if it bothers you, chose a 1st or 2nd floor apartment. If you can find a better deal, take it - but for what you get, I think this isn't a bad deal. read more

The apartment sizes are nice but the kitchens are outdated and the cabinet space is terrible. The heat and A/C have apparently one switch so that if it's late September and they have turned the heat on for the season and you have a hot day, it's horribly uncomfortable and you can't do anything about it. Especially because the windows are difficult to open. I couldn't believe I had to put cold, wet towels on my son so he could sleep while I was paying almost $1,400 a month to live like that. The maintenance people came in once to change a filter and just left the vent off in the living room and when I asked they come fix it, they didn't put it on right. It just seemed like more of a hassle then it needed to be. One time a friend of mine left my apartment and sent me a picture of what looked to be a homeless person sleeping in my hallway. Embarrassing! And scary! A different time a drunk girl walked in the building (apparently the locked doors don't stop anyone) and then tried to open my door and my neighbors doors looking for her friend. I am moving out in a few weeks and I can't wait!!! The list of things wrong with this place goes on and on- too much to write but I'll cover a few you should def take into consideration: The pool gave me and 2 other residents I have spoken with pink eye multiple times, the apartments are infested with spiders, the laundry is over priced, my car was broken into (common there), rent goes up constantly, the staff is the RUDEST I have ever dealt with! (don't be fooled by their sweet attitudes when you sign the lease agreement) Stay away from Shirley (B*tch) is extremely aggressive & obnoxious when you decide to move it's unreal-- All in all you can rent cheaper with better service ANYWHERE-- RUN-- RUN FAST!!! read more

We lived in Bigelow Commons for a year and we are so happy to be out of there. The place is in a very rough part of town and it was not uncommon to see the police .We were told when we moved in pets could only be in building six unless they were a service dog. I just wonder what kind of service a Scottish terrier offers. While we were there I know two cars were stolen and a new Infinity was left on blocks. Then on Tuesday and Thursdays the neighborhood dealer made his drops. The pic's of the gym are very misleading while it's a nice place for a gym rat it leaves a lot to be desired. Now for my favorite gripe. The walls of building six are so thin you can honestly hear your neighbor brush their teeth. The kitchen is a joke our microwave was manufactured in 1980 the dish washers are about the loudest I've ever heard. and oh yeah if you live in building six during the winter plaan on having a big parka as the warehouse windows don't even slow the north wind down. P.S watch out for the dog poop as it is every where .When you contact maintenance don't expect a decent repair the up stairs neighbors over flowed their toilet several times ad the stains were still quite visible. read more
