Everything was very clean upon move in, and the neighbors were all very friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff as well. The property managers were friendly, responsive, and fixed the few technical issues we had on our side. I was also very impressed with the maintenance staff. We had to put in an emergency maintenance request at one point, and the staff was there within an hour. The whole issue was resolved that weekend. If the rent doesn't scare you away, I would say anyone would be more than happy here. And downtown Northampton was great to have so close by.

What even? They pay someone who threatens your pet? This apartment complex used to be full of families, quiet, and the rent was reasonable. My neighbors and I are quickly moving out - you see good families leaving every day. Even if you are willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money for rent, know that the apartments marked luxury are just "lipstick on a pig," the crappy structure just being given a fresh coat of paint (that chips).

Honest,…read morehardworking, and responsive, these people pay attention to detail, and fix any issues which arise in a prompt, professional manner. Oh, and did I mention HONEST? In property management, firms are dealing with large amounts of money. Other people's money. We depend on our property managers to ensure that our financials are handled in an upfront, above board manner, and Atrium Property Services does not disappoint. I have trusted them with payments of large sums, and I can sleep at night knowing that they were handled properly, and above all, LEGALLY. They know the MA State laws, and follow them. Unlike too many others. All communications I have had with these good people have been courteous. Any concerns I had were taken seriously, and addressed, promptly. They were a joy to work with. I say were. Unfortunately, they were driven away by a dysfunctional member of our condo board, and they won't be our property managers any more. People can only take so much disrespect, and these people don't deserve that. They were good, they got the job done, but they weren't sycophants. So, thank you, Atrium, you guys are the very best.

Over a year after, I've been stuck in this hell hole. I was lied to about the location of the trash and the laundry location before moving in. The hallway is always dirty and smells like smoke, crack smoke, cigarette smoke, weed smoke, 24/7, and you can bet that you'll be woken up at the ass crack of dawn by the "construction" in the backyard, but Don't worry, it's only every day from 7 AM-4 PM ;) oh! And Dont bother trying to open up your window to save yourself from the smell of smoke; the backyard smells like feet and more cigarette smoke now that there's no grass to absorb the scent of the People who live here... And Don't fool yourself into thinking the landlord or the health department will do anything to stop any of this; they won't. Lots of people are paid off, so this place can continue to be a hell hole. Definitely stay the fuck away if you know what is good for you!
