If you are going to have an event for children, treat people with compassion. I didn't have anyone…read moreto help me out when Cuoco & Co. Real Estate in Longmeadow MA held an event to meet the Easter bunny and Bluey. After standing out in the rain for an hour we were rushed in with the staff muttering to themselves about how pissed off they were about the event. My daughter was hesitant to go up to the characters but we were continuously shouted at to hurry up. I myself can understand the incredible wait time was stressful for the staff, but the experience itself was awful. It will not be memorable in any way to my child because we probably spent less than a minute in the actual room with the characters. Having no one to help me, I was not even able to get a picture with my own phone because the woman refused to take one of us. I was told to scan a QR code where I will have to dig through hundreds of photos to find a rushed photo of me and my daughter. Standing behind a family, I overheard that this was not the first time the company held this type of event. Needless to say, we won't be back. The company would probably appreciate that since the wait time was ridiculous anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also, had the pleasure of attending a recent community event they hosted. My kids & I were literally treated like family the second we walked in...the entire staff went above and beyond!!! Thank you Brenda so much for making everything so special, always!!! Appreciate all you do, especially for our community & bringing everyone together. If anyone's in the market for a realtor, hands down Cuoco & Co!!!

Our property manager, Morgan has been wonderful, very responsive and very professional. Our building has never had the attention it now has.

I sold my condo recently, and dealing with Premier Property Management -- especially its owner,…read moreDavid Karat -- was one of the most exhausting and infuriating parts of the entire process. In my personal experience, David was extremely difficult to work with. Communication was consistently delayed, dismissive, or flat-out unhelpful. Every attempt to get clear answers felt like hitting a wall. Instead of professionalism, I encountered what I can only describe as a level of disorganization and indifference that made even simple tasks unnecessarily stressful. The management of the complex reflected the same issues. Problems were ignored, updates were nonexistent, and owners were left guessing about what was happening with their own property. It became clear to me that Premier had no interest in transparency or efficiency, at least based on how my concerns were handled. I was so frustrated by my interactions with Premier -- and with David Karat in particular -- that unloading my unit felt like a relief. That should tell you everything. I'm more than willing to share my email chains with anyone who wants to see exactly why I came to these conclusions. My correspondence speaks volumes about what I personally experienced as the absolute mishandling of basic responsibilities. If you're considering hiring Premier Property Management, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. One star feels generous.
