I found them by seeing they're a certified freemotion repair shop in the Houston area, and just picked out the bench when I went to test out the repaired treadmill. The folks I spoke with were always friendly, seemed honest, flexible on timing, and transparent on the fact that they didn't want me to put any money down until they repaired it and confirmed they think it's in good condition. In my experience it's rare for complete strangers to care so much about me getting what I paid for, and their professionalism showed in the products I purchased. The machine runs so smoothly the delivery company was surprised it was actually not a new model (which would have cost me 4X the price)!
