We haven't bought them here at this location yet though because it's cheaper at the Westheimer store for some reason - which also has a better selection, even though this is a nicer fancier looking little store inside the Katy mall. Really friendly sales associates though, and always willing to call around to other stores to find something or find a deal on something.

Terrible terrible terrible location. I went to exchange my toddlers shoes because the tongue broke…read moreoff after 3 weeks which is obviously a manufacturing defect because I doubt my toddler is able to rip out a shoes tongue. Even the shoes were still in really good shape (except for slight creasing in the leather because he wore them for 3 weeks) the stores manager Mr. Mejia argued with me saying they were too worn like I was trying to scam him, when I had literally gone to another location they we're ready to make the exchange, but they didn't have his size so they sent me to this location. Either way I was able to email my pics to shoe carnival and get an exchange, it's just now my son will have to wait a week or so. Looking at past reviews on Google this isn't the first nor will it probably be the last time Mr. Mejia will treat customers like this.
