A part on my bike purchased at Scholl's broke and they accused me of not knowing how to shift gears. It turns out after replacing the part twice and them having my bike for a total of 10+weeks the part broke again for a third time! I took it to another bike shop and they found the problem. It was fixed under warranty in less than a week! I will never go back to Scholl's again.

Stewart helped me right away and was very patient with me as I tried on probably 20 pairs of shoes to find a unicorn. i found out I was wearing completely the wrong shoe for my stride. It was great to talk to someone who also is passionate about running. Hooked me up with a pair of Hokas, which I had never tried personally. The difference with the stability has been night and day. I've taken a minute off each mile with the change of shoe and inserts suggested. I will be back to run some of the Thursday night park runs. 10/10 experience.

Delayed update-- We bought a 4th and 5th bike from Pro Bike…read moreand Run. The bikes (Cannondale) are great! The staff helped find the appropriate sized bike for our older child who had outgrown his prior bike--and let us know the model he picked was on sale as well! Woot woot! Of course the younger child fell in love with a PINK bike (with the PINK tax--not on sale, and no she didn't want the color that was on sale) and had to have it. So we ended up getting 2 bikes instead of one. As per usual, these folks were super professional and Helpful. You know how some sales folks try to upsell stuff? None of that here. They asked what we needed and helped us find it. Road bike? Trail bike? Kiddie bike? PINK bike? They helped us get the correct sizes and from other locations if needed. In the interim, between purchases, we had a kick stand issue, which they easily fixed. My bike fell off the carrier and was dragged while the car was in motion-so we took it in for repair. Assorted other minor issues. Any issues that came up soon after purchase were taken care of for free. Other issues were taken care of at a reasonable price. Quality products which have longevity. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Zero sales pressure-the equipment sells itself. Highly Recommend

I happened upon Coroapolis Bicycle Shop looking after I had discovered Aerotech Bike products (They…read moreare a few blocks from each other). Mr. Dick was awesome; he is great with answering questions and making suggestions. I just so happened to be on the lookout for a 2019 Giant Revolt Advanced 2 in orange, of course. They were scarce in any color and I had just about given up. As I was getting ready to leave, I spotted-it couldn't be, but it was-a 2019 Giant Revolt Advanced 2 in the gray and red color scheme. It was the last one he had; it was in my size, and the price was right--deeply discounted!!! Needless to say, it is my favorite bike now. I have upgraded it to Di2 and added carbon wheels, which was my intention from the start. I go to to him for parts and some repairs even though it is across town. Kudos Coraopolis Bike Shop!!!

I recently bought a Riese and Muller Homage GT Rohloff HS Dual Battery bike at Kindred Cycles. I…read moremainly dealt with Aaron during the whole process of test riding, ordering, and picking up my bike. Aaron was very friendly, patient, & very knowledgeable during my buying experience. I also dealt with Katharine & Alicia, they were also very friendly, patient, & helpful. I ordered my bike in the beginning of October 2022 & it was delivered at the end of January 2023. Aaron helped me a lot during those 3 plus months with answering my questions, concerns, & special requests. I live 3 plus hours north of Pittsburgh & I was worried about picking up my bike at the end of January Because I live in the snow belt area at this time of year it isn't the ideal time to be traveling with a bicycle on a rack on the back of my suv. I was worried about doing damage to my new bike with snow, ice, salt, etc. Aaron said he would store my bike still in the box until I was ready to pick it up. I really appreciate that he would do that for me, seeing that it could be weeks or months until the weather got better to pick it up. When I was able to finally pick up my bike, Aaron & his staff quickly put my bike together. The day I picked up my bike Aaron spent hours with me going over the features of the bike, setting it up with my personal preferences, test riding it to my sure it was adjusted right for me & helping me with buying accessories for it. Not once did I feel pressured to buy extra stuff or if I was asking stupid questions or trying to push me out of the door after the purchase. Aaron reached out to me a couple of days later to see how I was doing and to let me know that if needed anything to let him know. Nice to know that I wasn't just a number to them and that I felt like I would be taking care of for years to come. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Kindred Cycles. I would highly recommend them for your next bicycle purchase or for repairs or services. Darryl Case
