Although the store was not set up for social distancing I was pleased that everyone was following the guidelines and wearing masks as well. Course this store has masks for sale as well. The clerk that helped that day was 5*. My husband purchased two pairs of shoes for around $400. We went to Europe and did a lot of walking. My husband was so pleased with the one pair of shoes that he returned today to purchase the same pair in black. However the clerk with the goatee was exceptionally rude when he couldn't find a record of us being in the store or even purchasing anything. He was snappy and totally disrespectful. So we will be making future purchases online or elsewhere. We will not be back to Wagners. Very disappointing!

Vince's set us up with a nice variety of Birkenstock and Altra to get her sorted out. They make custom insoles and have the largest selection of Birkenstocks we have ever seen! If you are having any sort of foot/shoe issue, make the trip to the special store. They sell shoes that are shaped like human feet - There are not many shoe stores that do that! (And none with a selection as good a Vince's). Go to here. You will likely need to take a number (yep! they actually do that), but it will be worth every second that you wait.
