She turns around, looks at me and turns back around and starts chatting with the male employee. Neither one of them asked me if they could help. I was shopping for a pirate shirt for my nephew's birthday. I didn't realize the Pirate stuff was in the back and no one cared if I looked lost. When the female and male finally came to the back, it wasn't for me.. When the female came back the second time, it was to ask the couple that just walked in if they were ok. Im not sure if she followed me back up to the register, but she was right there and said absolutely nothing to me when I said goodbye. I guess you don't have to be decent anymore. I am very upper-middle-class, and I thought that many of the prices were high, such as $60 for a basic t-shirt. This purchase/refund of snowballed into realizing the severe state of failure that DicksSportingGoods is in at the current time. The penned response was obviously written with guidelines that must've come from a very prosthetic source. This person also used pronouns with their signature which shows me that Dick's is political and the company probably must support the left side. I do not support nor want to hear or read anything regarding politics when I am spending my hard earned heavily taxed dollars. The long and short of my experience, which will go on the Dicks website, as well as yelp is that Dick's Sporting Goods purchased Chick's sporting goods. Chicks was a high end, customized, and heavily customer service oriented business. Their hard-working employees (which most of were athletes and worked in the department of the sport they played) did not pass the buck, and they truly (from their hearts), cared about the goals and needs of their customers/fellow athletes. I believe that Dick's is the classic fool-company of some rich lazy person whom believed that they could ride off the coattails of hard-working American athletes by replacing them with the lowest paid person off the street. My husband and I shopped here to browse men's outwear and treadmills. My husband commented that the prices of the outwear were too high. When we were looking at the treadmills, an employee nearby saw us but did not greet us. One of the treadmills did not have a price tag, so I asked her about it. She was not able to answer our questions well, so she said that she would find another employee to help. We did not feel impressed with her communication and job performance. The second employee could not find the key to turn on the treadmill, so he used a different key that thankfully worked. We asked him about the features of the treadmill, and I found the answers on the Dick's website on my cell phone before he could find the answers. At least he spoke politely with us. My husband and I decided to purchase that treadmill, which was name-brand and half-off for only $1,000 plus $175 for delivery and assembly in our home. The employee accurately rang up our purchase. He said that he could schedule delivery for weeks later, which was too long of a wait for us, so we instead waited for he delivery company to select a date, and that date was only days later.

She has worked for luxury brands and worked as an Authenticator for years and in this case it is a pretty normal question. The owner quickly got very angry at the question and refused to help my wife when she asked to see another bag. She instead went to the back to loudly bad mouthed us for questioning the authenticity. All of this was even funnier since the bag in question had a CLEARLY fake LV scarf on it, that she admitted was fake, yet she was so offended when we questioned her carrying fake goods. There so so many better consignment store out there with people who value their customers - do yourself a favor and skip this one. Her response only confirms my review and experience. If you are so fragile that you wanted to throw someone out of your store for simply questioning the authenticity of an item that had a fake item on it then you should not be in business. I've had such fun shopping at Revibed. It's a friendly atmosphere, and the owner recognizes the value of meeting/interacting with her clientele. I love to take my hubby in to pick up the great sale items (almost always has a sale that incl 60% off of a color tag). I've come to find her base price to be very good anyway, so having it on sale is just a bonus. There's a $5 rack typically.. high end is ALWAYS VERIFIED. I know this cause I consigned a pair of high end shoes (which she sold in record time). I've come to know her as honest and fair as a business owner. I did ask her if there was anything she wanted me to highlight in my post, but she did not respond. I was transparent with her that I was making a review as an Elite in direct response to another person's review on Yelp, which I felt was unfair and written in haste rather than proof. Alas, I have no pictures, so you'll just have to go in and sift around for yourself. Give yourself at least an hour, and have fun!
