I thought, "no way will I find my wedding dress here." But I asked a sales associate where bridal was, and she pointed us towards a small door in the back. The bridal section was much quieter and nicer and less crowded. On a Saturday, I anticipated to be sharing space with many brides, but there were only two of us. My consultant was Michelle. She was so kind! I have seen the overpowering moms and entourages on Say Yes to the Dress, and I think she has too, because she said we would go through ALL the dresses alone without my entourage (mom and grandma) so she could my hear my unswayed opinions. We didn't go through every dress, mainly because I had picked a lot at the beginning and budget. One thing to keep in mind is that the dresses they have online are just every dress their designers make, NOT every sample they have. They have a TON of samples in store, but just because there's a dress online doesn't mean they have a sample in stock. I came in with a very particular look in mind, and I pulled about 10 dresses from Justin Alexander, Lillian West, Allure and Mori Lee. I only ended up trying 4 as we eliminated styles as we went. The first dress I tried on, my family loved. I also loved it, but Michelle made a point of asking how I felt once we were alone in the fitting room. She really wanted to make sure I was picking the dress I loved without feeling forced. In the end, I went with dress #1. I was really conflicted with what color to order, but Michelle gave me her opinions based on my skin tone and wedding aesthetic. She pulled the PERFECT hair piece for me too. It was such a fun day, and I'm glad I found my dress here.

Eight short years ago Roach & Ziegler installed a ceramic tile floor in my entry, hallway, kitchen,…read morelaundry room, and powder room. Although my floor is only 8 years old, the tiles were uneven and loose throughout; the grout was not a uniform color, and the grout was severely cracked and in some places chunks of grout loosened and popped out. The installers failed to seal the grout or even clean the grout film off of the tiles. The floor began deteriorating after approximately five years. What kind of company installs a tile floor that has inconsistently colored grout and uneven tiles that were not properly adhered to the subfloor. As a result of the sloppy installation, the grout developed long cracks and holes throughout. One would expect a tile installation to hold up for more than five years. The original floor installers did a poor job at every level. I had to spend a great deal of money to hire a company to fix my floor, which Roach & Ziegler refused to do. I approached Roach & Ziegler several times asking for someone to look at the floor, but I could not even get anyone to return a phone call. The employees from the renovation company said the my floor was the worst installation that they had ever seen. If you want to risk having "the worst installation" possible, go ahead and call Roach & Ziegler.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Everything was a runaround. We signed the contract multiple times, but kept getting emails asking us to sign as if we never did. Filing a claim, because our movers were so inexperienced and clumsy with our belongings, has been a total hassle. They keep asking for more information even after pictures were sent. We could not be more disheartened than we are. Luckily, it was not very expensive and we got our belongings moved; even though it took over six hours to move 1.3 miles from where we lived and we lost a couch and an entertainment unit. Do not fall for the stellar reviews; they are bogus! Save yourself the headaches.
