The staff helped find the appropriate sized bike for our older child who had outgrown his prior bike--and let us know the model he picked was on sale as well! Woot woot! Of course the younger child fell in love with a PINK bike (with the PINK tax--not on sale, and no she didn't want the color that was on sale) and had to have it. So we ended up getting 2 bikes instead of one. As per usual, these folks were super professional and Helpful. You know how some sales folks try to upsell stuff? None of that here. They asked what we needed and helped us find it. Road bike? Trail bike? Kiddie bike? PINK bike? They helped us get the correct sizes and from other locations if needed. In the interim, between purchases, we had a kick stand issue, which they easily fixed. My bike fell off the carrier and was dragged while the car was in motion-so we took it in for repair. Assorted other minor issues. Any issues that came up soon after purchase were taken care of for free. Other issues were taken care of at a reasonable price. Quality products which have longevity. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Zero sales pressure-the equipment sells itself. Highly Recommend

Stewart helped me right away and was very patient with me as I tried on probably 20 pairs of shoes to find a unicorn. i found out I was wearing completely the wrong shoe for my stride. It was great to talk to someone who also is passionate about running. Hooked me up with a pair of Hokas, which I had never tried personally. The difference with the stability has been night and day. I've taken a minute off each mile with the change of shoe and inserts suggested. I will be back to run some of the Thursday night park runs. 10/10 experience.

They had a selection of newer, well maintained bikes, bikes with back baskets, and a tandem. The regular bikes were $6/hour. The person working helped fit us and we got on our way. The bikes held well and had been tuned up recently. Neither of us had trouble and they were both smooth rides. When dropping off the bikes, we also grabbed a few drinks and snacks they sold. The trail mix and drinks were between $1 and $2. They also have ice cream. It's great they had cold beverages as there are not many shops nearby the trail.

We went into the shop knowing we wanted to complete the GAP. Chuck gave my husband good recommendations on bike choice/ size but was never pushy . The guys here are knowledgeable but also very patient. We also had our two little sons with us which I was worried about at first. My kids were very fascinated with the shop . The 3 year old rode a little tricycle around the shop while my husband looked at bikes and the workers gave him a smile and a hello . The shop felt family friendly. The bikes can be trialed and the beaver area is a great place to trial bikes. I had my bike serviced and I felt confident knowing my bike was in good hands when I left the door. When we came back to pickup my bike, they even gave my kids some bike stickers which I thought was nice . In preparation of our bike trip , we returned again for some extra spokes and supplies and received another great costumer experience from Chris. While they measured our spokes and made them, we ate at one of the many restaurants available walking distance nearby .

Order was cancelled the next day with no explanation. I called and a lady said that my billing address was wrong, so I made corrections and got the order going again. Order was cancelled again. I called my bank and they told me that Public Lands were cancelling it on their end, so I call the company again. A guy answer giving me the same reasons and I countered it with what the bank told me. He told me that if didn't matter because the addresses didn't match and I told him that I gave him the right one last time. I told him that I have a different card and was ready to give it, then he told me that I was breaking up and hung up on me. I called back one last time and told them that I'll do my business elsewhere and to take me off their mailing list. They shouldn't offer people a discount that they do not want me and honor!
