They were quick to respond, actually came and gave me a quote about an hour after talking to me. This was impressive because everyone was backed up big time after the wind storm that came through. They didn't try to BS me into cutting down the whole tree, and they took a brush pile of stuff I had in my back yard for a year away as well. Don't listen to the post about the neighbor complaining about them walking in their yard, it was my fault! I didn't tell these guys to look out for the 3 square feet of new grass that was down, but I immediately roped it off and the grass is fine. The property line is confusing and I don't honestly know where my grass ends and the neighbors' grass beings. It's right in the pathway to the gate on the side of the house. No harm no foul. The price was great. I got a few quotes and they were the best. Service to match. I would call them back in a heartbeat if I ever need them again.
