He is always too busy to look for apartments for you and says one things and does another. Kept sending me to apartments that were way out of my budget after we have several conversations. He gives excuses for why this or that and is beyond unprofessional. Please do not use him if you use this company as your apartment locator. He is horrible. Be mindful! After a conservation with the owner and a new apartment locator assigned, I was beyond excited and satisfied with Miss Jennifer Nguyen expertise. She was able to find me apartment, not only approved the same day but in a perfect area and where I needed to be! I recommend using them and asking for Miss Jennifer personally as she was absolutely great. Her professionalism was fantastic and her services were top-tier.

When we do not have a single family home that fits their needs, One Place Locators is who we refer them to for help finding an apartment or townhome. Michelle is the locator I refer to most often. The feedback I received from my referral clients is that she is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable about the Austin rental market. She takes the time to understand the situation and provides thoughtful guidance. When Michelle is unavailable, Jess and Anna have stepped in and have been just as awesome. Both are also professional, responsive, and know the market well. We are very selective about our referral partners, and its nice to know that anyone we send to One Place Locators will be well taken care of. They are a reliable & knowledgeable team that I am always comfortable recommending. Thanks for taking care of our tenants and referrals One Place Team! Cleaners came 3 weeks after move in & vacuumed, mopped the floors, cleaned toilets and changed trash. They were there for less than an hour. After move in, they changed my house number. No notice was given, no lease amendment was signed prior to change. I found out when I got back from visiting family. I then was told "It's not a big deal just call the companies to get everything fixed on your bills". it took an entire morning (4+ hours) to get things fixed, with no compensation. I still do not have my mail key and I have been here 3+ weeks. Every time I ask, they tell me to go to USPS & it's not their responsibility. I went to USPS and they did not have the keys which I told were dropped off. Still no mail. Overall, not a great first impression. I am military & move around a lot. I would not recommend this property management to future movers. I love the builder, Maurice. He is very kind & attentive, he's actually assisted more with the utility switches than anyone. The place is great, minus all of the things listed above. Moving across the country starting over again at a new duty station, this has been less than ideal. Very much added stress that could have been avoided. I believe they moved me in way too early. ******** Within an hour of posting this, they did reach out to me and were incredibly professional & attentive to my feedback. I was assured it was taken seriously, so I do believe these issues will be completely resolved for the next tenant.

I've lived here since the building opened in 2024. Towards a certain point, car burglaries have…read morebecome the norm and are expected. I go to sleep stressed out about my car, smashed below where my head lays. My car has been broken into twice now and Midtown Highline has not done anything about it. It's been a 6-month frame and no meaningful actions have been taken. They claimed to have hired new security but as a resident active at all times of day, I have not seen a single one. Can you really claim you have security if they do not provide security? Can you claim you have deterrents if they do not deter anything? I don't feel safe here knowing there's an assailant trolling through the garage, looking into cars and breaking windows. I'm trapped in my own personal nightmare. Condolences are cheap and don't bring back my lost money. My car has cost over a projected $14,000 to repair before insurance. To address these burglaries and break-ins, Midtown Highline tried holding this silly little town hall style forum where community officers and liaisons showed up. There was 3 of them attending and 2 residents including me. This was on a Tuesday at 5:30PM (5/20/2025). They sent the greenest leasing agent to represent them. Why? Get this: our Community Manager Trent Dodson was on vacation. For a RESCHEDULED MEETING. Our forum was already rescheduled and this is their best foot forward??? The new girl barely knows what's going on. When asked why these things were happening, she took a moment to blame it on us being affordable housing... As if someone's income reflects the morality of their character. Perhaps she's elitist, perhaps she's right that our neighbors are conducting an inside job as some of my fellow residents have mused. She left 30 minutes into the meeting while I was speaking to an insurance agent outside about my vehicle. Oh, I guess the leasing office does close at 6PM, how silly of me! Do you (reader) see what an absolute mess this is? Does it feel like they care? To be quite frank, I don't care if the Holy Grail itself was on my dashboard. No stranger should be touching my car in a gated garage. I met with a regional manager to demand recompense for their obvious negligence. They dodged me left and right, with the whole spiel about how they care about me as a resident. None of it fixes my car or brings me back any money I've spent. I must say that the maintenance crew is decent. If you're thinking about leasing here, I now strongly advise against it if you're trying to keep your car safe. For the final cherry on top and a reward for reading, I'll serve you all the juicy pictures of my car being desecrated, twice. Driver side two days before Christmas. Passenger side on a random Sunday. There was nothing 'inviting' in my car. 12/23/2024 and 05/18/2025. By the way they deleted their Google Reviews page since 05/22/25 to reset all their bad reviews. Horrid, dishonest business practice. I will be monitoring closely.

They answered all my questions with ease and made me feel right at home. The property itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and has a modern, comfortable feel throughout. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to and from wherever I need to go. Move-in day was just as smooth and positive as my initial visit. Raya was the one who helped get me all squared away, and she was amazing! Even though she was working by herself and managing several other move-ins at the same time, she still took great care of me, and I'm sure everyone else, too. She made the process easy and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I also want to shout out the team for following up in the days after my move. They checked in to make sure I was settling in well and quickly addressed a couple of small concerns I had. That level of service goes a long way and made me feel truly valued as a resident. I'm so excited to be part of the Midtown Highline community and truly feel like I've found a great place to call home! I'm looking forward to interacting with my neighbors and others here. :)
