I gave Jordan the phone number to the management properly that I eventually rented from! I would not recommend Jordan or his company for two reasons. 1.) After explaining to Jordan what I was looking for a lower crime neighborhood and less transient people. Jordan recommended The Summit apartments where residents expressed numerous transient issues. (Jordan does not know the properties at all he is just in sell mode to get his commission) 2.) They, Jordan and Smart City, are just interested in "closing the deal" and have very little sway with the properties. They, Smart City, doesn't hit multiple properties. Smart city just pushes the properties on a preselected list where I suspect Smart City gets the most commission. The leadership cannot be that great if this is their business plan! Push the properties on their preselected list! Like I said I had to go to the neighborhood that I liked, 45th and Guadalupe, and get a flier from one of the properties and then call the properties listed on the flier. I ended getting the apartment on my own. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.. Smart City only wants to close the deal and collect full commission on the least amount of effort on their part. I will not do business again with Smart City! Such a waste of time!

After a conservation with the owner and a new apartment locator assigned, I was beyond excited and satisfied with Miss Jennifer Nguyen expertise. She was able to find me apartment, not only approved the same day but in a perfect area and where I needed to be! I recommend using them and asking for Miss Jennifer personally as she was absolutely great. Her professionalism was fantastic and her services were top-tier.

The Avery staff are willing to work with me over changing apartment floor plans after 2 years of being here. They always respond to my emails and I really appreciate that. I've never had any issues with them and that's what makes a good community.

They are limited and they are only offered with certain apartments. Kitchen cabinets are limited. I have 9 in my currant place now, and they offer only 3 cabinets. I have a lot of bulky appliances. No space to put them. Everything else about the space and grounds, outstanding. I'm really looking for a needle in a haystack. The Vitality was my favorite and the rent is ridiculously LOW! Ziri took us around to look at the grounds. She explained everything so well. Showed us a few options of apartments that fit my budget. Beauty was another one that I liked too. Just a beautiful space and the neighborhood is fantastic, with HEB up the street, movie theater, hotel, couple fast food places. Restaurants, little preschool by the Chick-fil-A. 620 and 2222 are right there. Great location!
