They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

A few days later, he and his team showed up early and ready to work. They all worked as a precision team to cut branches and clean up my tree, while maintaining a friendly and positive work ethic. She immediately called and the gentleman came down within 20 minutes. He looked at what we wanted done and gave us an Estimate and told us they could do it in one day. They would bring a large truck to help get the taller part of the trees and clean it up same day. I requested he have it schedule on my day off from work on a Wednesday, which he said would not be a problem. When Wednesday rolled around he did not show up until late in the afternoon and it was only him and another gentleman in his pickup truck. This other gentleman had to take a lot of direction, indicating that he had no idea what he was doing and for all I know didn't even work for the company. They cut down the larger tree and only half of one of the Pine Trees and called it a day. There were still 2 palms and now 1.5 Pine Trees Remaining and no truck to clean up the mess. During one of the days I had to work they decided to come back down with the larger truck, more people and remove the 2 palm trees and the remainder of the half pine tree that was left. There was another man there, the supervisor, who told my wife that he couldn't do the last pine tree because the guy quoted us too low. I was not home to argue with him and with the number of men there my wife was uncomfortable to say anything. They never came back after that except when they sent the company down to do the stump grinding. So I never was able to speak to someone face-to-face about the mis-quote and disrespectful use of our time. If one of your guys gives a customer an estimate and that price is agreed upon before the job starts a company should not change their agreement and not finish the job. If their employee failed to give a proper estimate then that employee should be taken aside after the job is done properly and trained to do a better job not be taken out on the customer who is the one paying for the job.
