I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.

Tree Removal Experience: I had a terrible experience with this tree company. I had a tree struck…read moreby lightning in the preserve next to my property in PVB and sadly, the HOA hired Lucas Trees. First, even though the tree was partially uprooted, there was no urgency. Second, for a week prior there was no communication. I found out late last week that they would be there Monday. On Monday, I woke up to a mess. 10 people standing in the yard making an absolute mess. Chad, the foreman was condescending and a jerk when I asked what was going on. At any rate, they showed no care and tried to do as little as possible. They left the property looking significantly worse than when they came. There is debris everywhere and now the HOA is bringing a second company in. NEVER HIRE LUCAS. Bad business, Worse business owners. No communication and they just don't care.

I am leaving this review in part because I believe homeowners need to be aware that Tree Masters…read moreand Florida Tree Masters are not the same company. Recently, a solicitor from Florida Tree Masters came to my home raising vague concerns about my trees. The interaction left me uncomfortable. The representative was going door-to-door, had no clearly marked company vehicle in sight, would not provide specific details about the supposed concerns, and repeatedly emphasized that he would be back in our neighborhood frequently. The entire experience felt far more like a sales pitch designed to create urgency than a professional tree assessment. Afterward, I contacted Tree Masters directly because I wanted an opinion from a company I knew and trusted. The difference was remarkable. Tree Masters responded promptly, conducted a professional evaluation of my property, clearly explained their findings, and confirmed there was nothing that required immediate attention. There were no scare tactics, no pressure, and no attempt to sell unnecessary services--just honest expertise. What concerns me most is that I've noticed reviews online from people who appear to have confused Florida Tree Masters with Tree Masters. Based on my experience, that confusion is understandable given the similarity in names, but it is unfortunate because the quality, professionalism, and approach of Tree Masters speak for themselves. If you are considering tree work, verify which company you are actually contacting. My experience with Tree Masters was excellent, and they remain the only tree service company I would trust with my property.

In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. Even the owner of American Tree came out to ensure proper handling of our job. We were so IMPRESSED! At completion, all debris was cleaned up and cleared. The property was so clean, It looked as though they were never here! EXCEPTIONAL job! EXTRAORDINARY service! We will definitely use this company again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

(I know- my address still shows Buford Georgia but i cant figure out how to update to my new address) Several trees were to be removed and pulled from ground and small shrubs were to stay. When they arrived the different crews scattered and started pulling bushes and shrubs not marked or listed in the work to be done with no real oversight to be sure they were doing or cutting the right trees. Instead of leaving good bushes, they were all removed. That's not the real problem. The problem is after they pulled the trees, I gave them a check. The check was cashed a few hours later, and no more work was done in regards to cleanup. My yard is a mess of roots sticking out of the ground, areas half done, unleveled areas. I started making calls the next morning and never got a return text until noon. They came and picked up the branches and tree limbs but never finished the work including laying 500 feet of sod. Additional calls and texts were either never returned or gave me a false promise of when they would return. Remember, never pay until you have done a final walkthrough as they will never come back.
