Thanks to them, I don't have to worry about spreading concrete floor cracks any more. I'm very satisfied their job & highly recommend them.

We requested a quote, and within two days they came to our property to assess the work and provided a quote that same day. We also wanted to make sure we were working with a properly insured company, and they promptly sent us a copy of their insurance documentation along with the quote. Once we approved the quote, they were able to fit us into their schedule the following week. Our project was fairly substantial and took three days. We had six large Cook Pines that needed to be trimmed down by about half, as well as several palm trees that had been infested with Coconut Rhinoceros Beetles (CRB) and needed to be completely removed. The crew arrived on time each day and was professional, friendly, and very respectful of our property. They took great care while working around the property and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each day. Considering the amount of cutting and debris involved in a job of this size, we really appreciated how clean they kept everything. The entire process--from getting the quote through completion of the job--was smooth, professional, and well organized. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use Espitia's Tree Service again. Highly recommended for any tree service job, whether it's a small trimming project or a large job like ours!

Tree Concepts Hawaii came highly recommended by our landscape contractor. After an extensive…read morewalk-through of the jungle that used to be a large back yard, Marcus made suggestions to us and our landscaper on how Tree Concepts could tackle the large overgrown invasive trees (macaranga, albizia & more), prune back the trees we wanted to save, and eradicate all of the vines and tall weeds that thrive in Manoa. The estimate was emailed to me promptly and covered the area in a comprehensive manner. After accepting the bid Marcus came back with his working foreman to get a clear understanding of what needed to be done and the staging process. The job started a month later and in 2 weeks all of the work was done very well and the crew even did additional work that we had not anticipated in the walk-through. Marcus worked side-by-side with his crew and work did not start prior earlier than State laws permitted. Marcus and his crew were hardworking, friendly and easy to work with. When we had questions they offered excellent suggestions that we approved. When they had to remove growth from areas encroaching into our neighbors' property the crew was careful to respect the neighbors' property and took extra care to make sure that they didn't damage the neighbors' yards or property. I would highly recommend using Tree Concepts Hawaii for you tree trimming or removal needs.

Everything regarding service requested, quality and value were all completed at a high level of excellence. This is only about the third yelp review I have ever done even though I use yelp often. I rarely take the time to write reviews unless it is truly phenomenal and monkey man definitely deserves my time and an outstanding review! First of all, his reviews already spoke for themselves, so I took his impeccable history and decided to give him a call. I then realized that I didn't need to look into any other vendors because this was the guy I needed. When I called him, he answered the phone and willingly offered to help out. He was willing to come that same day or later in the week, but that wasn't going to work for me so we were able to plan for the next week. Don't forget to message and follow up with him because he's a busy man! On the day of the project he was a little behind, but nothing crazy, and I rather have someone with a great attitude and very reasonable price versus someone more prompt but charges an arm and a leg. The most impressive characteristic about monkey man is that he was willing to support the youth that we were sending to a conference. I ended up giving him more $ than he requested because I know the job he did was way beyond what he asked. I looked into renting a lift, but that was really pricey, and I would still need to get a chainsaw and be careful with the neighbors property and cable wires so it was definitely a wise choice to hire a professional like the monkey man versus trying to possibly save money but risk my life or potentially damaging my neighbors property or something else! I've cut many trees myself, but not one of this size so having monkey man was well worth it. He even went the extra mile to make some cutting boards for the neighbors who requested. I cannot guarantee that he will do the same favors for you/your neighbors; however, I have confidence he will provide his best service at a reasonable price & I do not believe that you will be disappointed. Bottom line: I just wanna give a big MAHALO to Monkey Man and look forward to hopefully doing more business in the future. God bless you!

Derek gave me a call and left a message (I wasn't available to answer) and asked to send him photos of what I want done. I sent him a video and explained what I was looking to get done. They called after their job was done and came by and cut down all of my tall trees. They were really efficient and cleaned up really really well, including taking a pile of leaves (from the palms) that I had left for the next green waste day. Although they were using my green bin to haul green waste out to their trucks, they emptied it all into their trucks and left my bin empty. The back where they were working as well as the front where they cut the trees into smaller pieces to load were cleaned up really well before leaving. Highly recommend!!
