He was able to brainstorm with us to help us imagine a completely new yard. He gave us ideas that we would either agree or disagree with. Once we had a general idea, Jeff was able to create a digital rendering of both our front and backyard so we were actually able to see his vision and know what we could expect the finished product to look like. For the early stages of the project Angel was the primary foreman of the job. Angel was very friendly and respectful. He would give us updates on what they would be doing for the next couple of days, or if they wouldn't be coming due to weather conditions. As a client this was great because we never had to wonder whether the contractors were coming or not. Our Project consisted of removing existing cement pavers and vegetation. And installation of new turf, irrigation system, and vinyl fence. JBL took care of hauling away all the old materials and bringing all the new materials/plants for our project. Jeff was more than fair to us and he worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with how it turned out. Our home looks completely transformed now, and our dogs finally have a yard that they can play in. If you need trustworthy, reliable, and friendly landscapers I highly recommend giving Jeff a call.

Everything regarding service requested, quality and value were all completed at a high level of excellence. This is only about the third yelp review I have ever done even though I use yelp often. I rarely take the time to write reviews unless it is truly phenomenal and monkey man definitely deserves my time and an outstanding review! First of all, his reviews already spoke for themselves, so I took his impeccable history and decided to give him a call. I then realized that I didn't need to look into any other vendors because this was the guy I needed. When I called him, he answered the phone and willingly offered to help out. He was willing to come that same day or later in the week, but that wasn't going to work for me so we were able to plan for the next week. Don't forget to message and follow up with him because he's a busy man! On the day of the project he was a little behind, but nothing crazy, and I rather have someone with a great attitude and very reasonable price versus someone more prompt but charges an arm and a leg. The most impressive characteristic about monkey man is that he was willing to support the youth that we were sending to a conference. I ended up giving him more $ than he requested because I know the job he did was way beyond what he asked. I looked into renting a lift, but that was really pricey, and I would still need to get a chainsaw and be careful with the neighbors property and cable wires so it was definitely a wise choice to hire a professional like the monkey man versus trying to possibly save money but risk my life or potentially damaging my neighbors property or something else! I've cut many trees myself, but not one of this size so having monkey man was well worth it. He even went the extra mile to make some cutting boards for the neighbors who requested. I cannot guarantee that he will do the same favors for you/your neighbors; however, I have confidence he will provide his best service at a reasonable price & I do not believe that you will be disappointed. Derek gave me a call and left a message (I wasn't available to answer) and asked to send him photos of what I want done. I sent him a video and explained what I was looking to get done. He was able to give me an estimate based on the video I sent. As they were in the area, he gave me a call asking if I had some time today to come by with the crew. They called after their job was done and came by and cut down all of my tall trees. They were really efficient and cleaned up really really well, including taking a pile of leaves (from the palms) that I had left for the next green waste day. Although they were using my green bin to haul green waste out to their trucks, they emptied it all into their trucks and left my bin empty. The back where they were working as well as the front where they cut the trees into smaller pieces to load were cleaned up really well before leaving. Highly recommend!!
