They connected existing backyard drains and some gutter downspouts where that made sense to the new drainage system. To complete the job, they repaired a few sprinkler heads and connections that were damaged and power washed sidewalks and driveway. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend his services based on the quality of the work and the subsequent troubleshooting advice provided. If you are considering hiring him, here are the factual issues I have experienced since the installation: Defective Zones: Immediately following his maintenance visit, the sprinklers in Zone #2 stopped popping up entirely. As my videos and photos show, the heads just sit at ground level and sputter water directly into the dirt and rocks, forcing me to manually water the area. Inconsistent Coverage: The new spiral heads fail to provide even water distribution. Despite regular watering schedules, the yard now has several clearly visible brown, under-watered spots right next to perfectly green, healthy grass. Poor Professional Advice: When I reached out regarding the dry spots, Toby's recommendation was to drastically increase the watering time to 24-30 minutes per zone.

It took them 2 days to demolish the 6+inch thick of concrete and haul it away. They did an awesome job and I felt bad because I had no clue how thick the concrete was. After the removal they prepared the dirt and installed irrigation sprinklers to our existing sprinkler system. They also upgraded our ancient sprinkler box to digital which is so much easier to program. They installed El Yoro Zoysia in 1 day and all I can say, it changed the whole view of my front area. If you're looking for someone to landscape, care and maintain, I'd recommend Dan and his crew.
