For starters, it's bright inside, well organized and nicely recovered, even on a busy weekend day. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is here too compared to other outlet retailers. I usually come in looking for something specific but then end up with some pleasant surprises and great deals I wasn't expecting as well. The dressing rooms are nice and spacious too. And who doesn't love walking out with a little (or big) brown bag?

If you go during busy hours, of course expect to wait a long time if you want to try on anything. If you find anything you want, buy it quickly as things sell out fast. If you are lucky enough to find something on sale in your size, snatch it up. The store is well organized but a lot of the popular sizes do sell out quickly in preferred styles. Checkout is still relatively fast because it's so automated with you being to just put everything in and the machines do all the work for you. I did an online in store purchase and was waiting a while as there was an extra associate who was able to help, but didn't acknowledge me until the other lead at the register told him to assist me. If you do purchase online and need to do a return in store, they will just give you a gift card as they won't credit your original card.

The prices are actually fair since they're a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.

The displays are nicely put and look attractive. All in all, professional. If you plan on making a purchase online, I suggest going to the store first (and buying from there instead, actually) because you can see what you're actually buying, also you save shipping charges ($8-10) unless you're spending over $100 (not including tax). Also, if the item happens to be out-of-stock at the location and you need to place an order through the store, the shipping charge is waived. How perfect is that! Most importantly, there was a special sale going on at the store that wasn't going on online. Anyway, I placed an order on Monday, March 5th (Miller bag in Mocha Rouge) and my order arrived at home on Friday, March 9th. Although I wasn't able to check my tracking online, I had to call the store to track it. The lady took my name and number and said she would call back. Later that day my order arrived before she even called me, so I was pleasantly surprised! My bag is strong and gorgeous and I'm in love with it!! I found some cute winter jackets and winter clothing for 50% off. Some of their regularly priced items were great too and felt like good quality. I did notice that some of the sale sweaters may not last too long plus I noted some loose thread of some other pieces of clothing. Since there was a winter storm, the store and mall was not busy at all. They did run out of bigger bags so we had to stuff everything into multiple thin plastic bags. One of the salespeople was pretty friendly and pointed out a few cute jackets that were on sale. The self service kiosk was easy to navigate. Make sure you keep your receipt on hand since you need to scan the barcode when you leave. I definitely will return again since the price point was great.

I went to exchange and return a few full price items I got with my 20% coupon last month and the manager walked by and said I could not do an exchange since a used a coupon and now the coupon is expired. What? Since when is that a thing? Multiple people in the store told me what I was doing was fine already, its a normal exchange of full priced items, with tags, unworn that I happened to order with a 20% off coupon. I'm like "what? that's seems odd, what if something doesn't fit? "You can only return not exchange or you pay the difference." "What if something came damaged?" "You would have to return it, no exchange" What...? that's like the opposite of lululemons entire warranty policy. Also please note he is being rude, not even looking at me when saying this and just being dismissive and curt. At this point I'm anxious AF and want to get out of there so I end up just returning everything and leaving. I know I'm my gut he was wrong and I find the email with the coupon and what do I see?! He dismisses her and keeps reading it like it's some secret code impossible to understand only to tell me that it has nothing to do with the coupon and the blurb is on all lululemon emails even the ones without coupons. "What?? No it's the actual coupon disclaimer, the entire paragraph is talking about the coupon rules, that wouldn't be a staple of every single lululemon email" I realize this guy is not going to do anything so its time for me to go and I turn to the girl and say "I'm not mad at you, you were nice" (why did I feel the need to tell her that? Idk because i over think things) but then I turn to him and say "but you're an a$$hole, what's your name?" "WOW!!!!!! GET OUT OF MY STORE!!!" Your store? Really? "I will just tell me your name" "No." Looks to girl "please just tell me his name" ‍ she gives me a "he's my manager shrug" and looks away awkwardly. Next thing I know the manager is saying "I'm calling security!!!" What??? Security??? I'm not even yelling, I'm standing here with my shaky nervous hands in the pockets of my cost but you need to call security? "What? You're gonna call security?" "Yep! SOMEONE CALL SECURITY!" Hermès has opened a new Chicagoland location in Plaza Del Lago in Wilmette. The store itself is two…read morelevels and beautifully designed to give a taste of their wide variety of offerings. From ties, scarves, handbags, shoes, clothes, accessories, jewelry, home, fragrance, and more. I stopped in to look at their handbags. I worked with Summer who helped me find the right bag based on my preferences. It was nice to try them on and ask questions. This was a great visit to Hermès! They do offer appointments once you have a relationship with the store but walk-ins are welcomed as well.
