I received an immediate response that none were available. No problem. I asked if I could get a exchange the dress for another item. NO RESPONSE and I've emailed several times. It's cool though. I thought I had found a boutique that I could buy from and build a relationship with. It's not the case, I guess. So if you order from here, make SURE you get your correct sizes. Spoke to the owner today. She was very nice. I believe in second chances! I'm sending the dress back, and ordering something else using the credit received. I returned some of the cheaply made items and I have a tracking number and they billed me for the whole order. Stay off of Faire order direct from the merchant. I was randomly walking around the neighborhood and stumbled across this perfect combination of wholesale stores. I wasn't sure what to expect but I saw this beautiful pashmina scarf in the window. I am so happy that I went into the store because they had such a large selection of beautiful scarves that I have never seen before. All the scarves that I have ever purchased from here are under $5 but I get so many compliments whenever I wear one of the scarves. Just be forewarned that the place is very overwhelming. It is a mess but for some reason it works. I never know what I'll find when I visit but it is always a gem. During one of my recent visits I found 6 unique scarves, that did not match with my other 10 plus scarves, which made me so excited. It seems like everything I visit there is a new style or color scheme that I would never have imagined. I don't think I will ever purchase another full price scarf from a big name store again! In the second instance, the address was keyed in incorrectly resulting in a one month delay. That said, Suzette F. (A manager) refunded the shipping cost and adjusted the item to allow for the current markdown which was 30% less. All in all, it is a great place to shop and is closer than the Aurora location.

Customers also have the option of ordering custom made shoes through the shop selecting material, stiches, and other offerings. The staff at the store are very friendly, welcoming, and engaging. I went back, purchased the bag and when my husband went to return it 48 hours later he was informed there is a no return policy. I was never informed of this policy; in fact I had been told almost the exact opposite. I emailed the manager, who refused to help at all other than issue a store credit, which I have no use or desire for. This is simply not an acceptable business practice. Any other company - especially when dealing with larger transactions - is very transparent in their practices. I will never deal with these people again. Recommend you don't either.
