Sara hooked me up with a dressing room so I could free up my arms for my items. Another girl took the next batch and I was soon on my way to the fitting room to try on the 10+ items I found. While I loved everything, I narrowed it down and went to checkout. The girl was giving me different prices than what I got over the phone, like, do you not have set prices? I was surprised at how cheap it was, and honestly, I had a feeling this place wouldn't be great. After the fix, I picked it up, went home, and my camera was blurry with weird dots on it. I rushed back to get it sorted out. Plus, when he fixed the lens, he didn't even clean it--there was broken glass and dust everywhere! I brought in a perfectly fine phone, and now it's damaged. The owner acted like a total child, laughing in my face and saying I brought in a broken phone. I had proof that my camera was fine before, and even the girl checked it! He wouldn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes and didn't even apologize. I asked for a refund, but he only wanted to give me money for the lens or screen, which wasn't happening since my camera was fine before. Then he told me to "get the fuck out of here," which was super disrespectful. As a woman, it made me feel bad for the girls working there because he gives off such a creepy vibe. I felt uncomfortable the whole time, and he clearly thought I wouldn't stand up for myself, but he messed with the wrong person. Not trying to be sexist, but I feel like if I were a guy, the whole interaction would've been different. How are you gonna treat people like that?
