There were specs of dust and dirt on the controller, the bins, etc. I complained, brought it back in, and they cleaned a few more things but honestly still very flawed when I got it back the second time. I did not have to energy to continue this battle. I highly do not recommend this place for car detailing and most definitely will not go back. I am surprised how well rated they are... because my experience did not reflect that at all.

Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. Grease stains, dirt, salt from carpet was almost all taken out (as best as could be i was told). Reasonable pricing, accommodating staff, and neat waiting area.

The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.

Sent a bunch of photos during the 2-3 days it supposedly took to do the job. (Very deceiving when photos are taken from 3ft+ away...a simple car wash and it'll look good) Paint was shiny, I'll give 'em that...but nowhere close to what I was promised or even expected. Swirls? still there...Clay Bar? Not even used cause even with whatever sealant/wax they used, the paint still felt rough. Interior was wiped down with a rag at most. I checked under the mats, dirty. A complete hack job. Had to argue for a refund....ended up with approx 40% back. What a horrible experience. Go with personal recommendations when it comes to detailing shops...the reviews this place has on Google all seem very suspect based on my experience. Just my luck...Guess they put the new guy or the disgruntled employee on my car.
