Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. On June 3rd I picked up our new addition from the dealership and made an appointment with David to have the car dropped off the same day for a full car PPF wrap. I had many quotes from various other places and Wraptors was the best price and most professional. My wife and I arrived at the shop gave David a call to let him know that we are here since it is appointment only during this time due to Covid 19 and we felt very safe with their rules and guidelines. The shop is also very clean and tidy. David gave us a time line for approximately 1 week for the car to be ready which we didn't mind as long as the car was wrapped with PPF properly we didn't want a rush job. Fast forward one and a half week as we picked up the car on Friday and we were amazed with the work that David and his team performed. The work performed was performed flawlessly we can't even tell that there is PPF on the car unless someone tells you. We thought this would be a great investment as we plan to keep the car for years to come. When we picked up there car David also mentioned that there will be a follow appointment 1 week later for them to do an inspection and point out any flaws if any so they can fix it or touch them up. They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.
