So when I wanted to get my car done I didn't bother with quotes and went straight to West End Auto Body. I was glad I had kept their business card. They drove me home and picked me up, and provided email updates along the way, so I knew what stage the repairs were at. This is the body shop to go to…read more I had a scratch on the front bumper the size of an open hand, really bad. I called 8 different body shops and everyone told me it would take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to repair the scratch. The quotes ranged from anywhere between $300 and $600. Eventually I was given the name of this shop by a friend and what a relief. They told me that it would be a simple touch up with some minor buffing of the area. A couple of hours at most with a $150 quote. Feeling a little hesitant, I left the car with them. They called me back approximately 3.5 hours from when I dropped off the car letting me know that it was ready. I went back to pick up the car and the scratch was gone. Invisible to the eye. This shop was honest, upfront and quick with the repair. This is what every body shop should be.
