We've driven past this pizza place a gazillion times and every time I'm with my lunch partner (my…read moreson haha) he would say we need to check out this place...only because the name is used in "The Goonies" and that's one of his favorite movies. But we thought it would just be the same as every other pizza joint...until someone posted a picture of the Birria pizza on a local food group and it looked delicious, so I sent the link to him because I knew he'd be interested. We made it there last week. We ordered online and went to pick it up (parking lot is a little difficult to get in, but we figured it out for next time). We said it will probably be a one and done, but it was worth a shot. When he opened up the box and we looked we were really impressed and couldn't wait to get home to try it. It was absolutely delicious, one of the best pizzas we've tried in the area!! It wasn't greasy at all and the crust wasn't real doughy and it had a nice crisp to it. We've already decided we're going back and this will go on our lunch rotation!! Good job Fratellis!! PS loved that spicy hot sauce on it!

They take reservations for bowling lanes if you've got a bigger group, which is super helpful. Dining area's solid too, whether you're grabbing dinner or just drinks and apps. Parking can be a bit of a pain around Sox game time. Street spots fill up fast, and nearby lots charge event rates ($15 at the time), so definitely plan ahead. Pizza was legit--crispy crust, good toppings, no complaints. Downstairs is where the bowling happens. They've got 10 vintage candlepin lanes with manual scoring (yep, definitely vintage). Super nostalgic feel. It did get kind of warm down there, not sure if there's A/C. All around, great vibe, great pizza, and a cool throwback bowling experience. Definitely worth checking out. Cheers

Yay! We're definitely fans of Good Guys! Everything we've eaten from this fairly-new pizza joint…read morehas been very good to outstanding. We have food delivered to our home most of the time, but occasionally pick up at the restaurant (positive experiences with friendly and prompt service and they always get the orders right). We especially like their fish and chips on Fridays (orders are quite large---a very good value). The haddock filets are almost big enough to serve two and the delightful fries are lightly dredged in seasoning; the small amount of coleslaw that comes with the order is average---not a problem for me as I am not a huge fan of this side dish. We've had several combination pizzas, all of which were pretty generous with fresh toppings. We've also sampled calzones, Italian meat, steak and cheese, and pastrami grinders---all very, very good. We will continue our patronage at Good Guys and trust that they will continue with their outstanding quality of food and great service. We hope they will be around for a long, long time and look forward to trying more of their tasty bites.

For crust to be crust, it has to actually get cooked for a sufficient amount of time.
