I came into Luv Luxe with questions about potentially reselling several of my authentic designer…read moreitems, including Christian Louboutin, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton pieces, many of which I have kept with their original boxes, dust covers, and receipts. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The young woman with short hair working on Friday, August 7 was dismissive, uninterested, and came across as extremely condescending when I simply tried to ask questions about their resale process. What bothered me most was the feeling that I was being judged based on how I was dressed or how I looked when I walked through the door. Never judge a book by its cover. In a luxury resale business, every person who walks in should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they arrive dressed head to toe in designer labels. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was a potential customer with legitimate high-end merchandise who wanted information about doing business with this store. Instead, I left feeling as though my questions were an inconvenience. Customer service matters, especially in a business built around people trusting you with expensive personal belongings. Based on the way I was treated, I would not feel comfortable consigning or selling my designer collection here, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. Did I have to dress up, park my Audi E Tron in front of the store and put on all of my diamonds to get the service or even be acknowledged walking through the door?

So, when my mother-in-law was moving to a new home and in need of a bed that would do more than a regular, flat bed, I knew the Electropedic bed would be the right solution. What I didn't know was that I would receive such OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Gene at the Phoenix location was a life saver! Our plans for getting the bed at her new home were suddenly and unexpectedly rushed. During a very difficult time for us, Gene made sure that a bed was available for my mother-in-law's early arrival. (Her bed was being made per her specifications and would arrive a day later.) Gene even included some special gifts to make my mother-in-law's transition easier. Gene at Electropedic Beds is can-do kind of person. Though this may be the company's regular method of business, I felt that Gene went out of his way to make our difficult and very stressful transition work out well. Thank you, Gene! It's been three months since we made our purchase. My mother-in-law loves her bed! :)

The mattress was the cheapest foam that could be found, the frame/bed was not long enough so I have to always pull him UP toward the head of the bed. For what I got, it really was not worth my money. I will have to find a medium firm mattress to replace this cheap one. I also bought an air top to keep my husband from getting bed sores as this mattress, sinks in the middle. I am sorry I spent the money on it but on the OfferUp site nobody will deliver. Very disheartening...feel a bit ripped off.

This review is almost four years late, and long overdue!…read more I got rented a tuxedo to get married in March of 2013, but as it typically tends to go with reviewing places, afterwards I completely forgot to say anything. I don't remember specifics on pricing, but I do remember that I called Men's Wearhouse and another place before visiting here, and the quality was just as high, but the prices were less than HALF of what I was quoted elsewhere! I was an 18 year old, who had just started a business a few months prior, so money was tight, but after I talked to the lovely ladies here, just with the way they run the business, I knew I wanted to go with them. They gave me multiple great options, didn't try to pressure me into anything I couldn't afford, and in general gave an amazing customer experience, with fantastic process to boot. I've already sent my sister here, and her husband rented a tuxedo for his wedding as well, and when I went in with him, the owner remembered me right away, and greeted me like an old family friend!
