I love how this shop has a range of prices and so many unique and creative figures. I was able to find something roughly in my budget and that I know my friend will love. I also noticed they had a Zuni Toons wrist watch, and the shop owner was kind enough to show it to me and present it under nice lighting so I could take a photo for my friend, even though it was obvious I was not in the market to buy something that expensive. He told me a little bit about the artist and showed off the artist's signature engraving on the back. A really beautiful piece. This is a small shop, but it has a lot inside it. Better get your buns in this door because there ain't anything like it in Old Town!!! Yes I said "ain't" but I'm actually super classy hah! Well kind of...anyway this place is so Chic I love it! They have ALL name brand bags from Chanel to Louis to Hermès, and they're ALL real!!! Yes authentic second hand....like whaaaa??? So I bought two really cute bags... one super cute Chloe which Was at a crazy competitive price...I was told it was only used or "lightly loved" as they call it only once...Mint condition, came with the bag and the authenticity cards and bla bla and I saved hundreds! Thannnnn i went back and not only did I shop in their "home decor section" and buy the cutest little "chewy Vuitton " toy for my pup but I also treated myself to a new Fendi tote! Omg I LOVE it and I'm so excited! If you want a cute little puppy toy, funny coaster, a chic Chanel piggy bank or a luxury handbag this is your place! I had to take pics of their stuff! It's so Neat! I'll attach and you can see what I mean!! read more

I visited LuvLuxe today and WOW, I was super impressed with their inventory, prices, and customer service! The selection of luxury goods (handbags, travel bags, and designer accessories) is unmatched anywhere in the valley! All inventory is like new and authentic! The customer service by Sydnie was fantastic and can't come close in any other similar store I have been too. I honestly can't think of a store even remotely similar that is so great! She went out of her way to find what I was looking for and help me choose my my bag for my wife in a fun, luxury environment. I will for sure be shopping with her again! read more

So I normally don't buy used Bags or buy from a boutique in Phoenix but I heard Scottsdale was cute. Our plane had mechanical issues on the way to Europe and I was flying to Europe to look for a bag for my wedding. We stopped into love Lux which was a cute store. We were helped by the sweetest person ever. They were so helpful and fun and made my day so much more fabulous after a really bad one. Although i didn't buy anything I will be back. I have been coming to PLRG since 2017. There have been many times where I felt like their buying…read moredidn't make any sense. For example, I had brought in a beautiful Thierry Mugler blazer with hardly any wear. They denied taking it. I sold it independently and quickly for over 300. Now the latest thing they did, was sell a luxury item to a reseller that commented while they were closed. I then called several times in the morning, exactly when they opened, to be told the item just sold over Instagram. They never used to prioritize Instagram comments over buyers calling into the store. Several times in past years, people would comment on instagram first while they were CLOSED, and I would call in first thing to be sold the item. Then they want to claim this was never a thing lol trying to gaslight me when I had bought many items in the past by phone. To top it off, it was to a reseller lol. They dont care how loyal you've been to them. I've spent so much money over the years but this last incident was the final straw for me. There's better thrift stores around the valley, save yourself the trouble. They don't value long term customers. Edited to add: because of this recent issue that I brought up to them, they were so petty to block me on their Instagram. I never swore at them or anything lol. Avoid this business. Dawn is so incredibly unprofessional and petty to block a customer thats been shopping w them for 9 years. Not a good look at all. Edited yet again as a response to Cat: Cat, that number was not mine any longer as when I came in and was informed of the text received by my old number, I PROFUSELY apologized and updated my phone number with my NEW NUMBER. To be accused of something I never did and would never do only makes you continue to look bad. Why would I say whatever u accused me of saying for a pick up order? Please stop the wrongful accusations wow I am really shocked and disappointed by you. I do not cuss at people or say nasty things to them. It does not align with my character. I wish you well Cat, you seem to need the help for your own personal biases or issues you have towards me.
