What a gem of a shop! Looked at their website and found a hat that would suit me perfectly. So I had a little time and decided to check them out. The selection of items is amazing. The store is clean and well organized. I was greeted shortly after I arrived. When I described what I was looking for the sales associate instantly knew where it was. I was in and out quickly. Honestly if I had more time I would have stayed longer and looked around. Parking spots on the street fill quickly but the garage is very close and free. Update: Today my friend and I went in to check out some pieces we saw online along with other fun gift ideas. While I love Syd as she's so helpful she wasn't in today. No big deal though. A newer male sales associate was there. He was willing and able to show us stuff which was nice but he had quite the attitude. He was pretty catty and made the experience a bit awkward with my friend and I. I'll happily shop online next time as the in store experience today wasn't great. For those with unique and one of a kind handbags, do not go to this store if you are reselling your valuables. Never was I less impressed when the woman manhandled my $14,000 lambskin Chanel handbag without white gloves. My expensive Chanel was treated very rough. Thankfully there were no scratches left !!! On top of all that, I have never been treated so rude and dismissively by a store employee. They will never have my business again. Her departing words to me were "see you next year". I visited Luv Luxe and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience, their store, their staff, and their selection. I came in with limited knowledge about handbags and didn't give them much to go off of. However, their staff was very friendly and patient. They took time to ask what my friend liked, showed me different styles to understand what she carried, and then provided an excellent variety of choices.
