I came into Luv Luxe with questions about potentially reselling several of my authentic designer items, including Christian Louboutin, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton pieces, many of which I have kept with their original boxes, dust covers, and receipts. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The young woman with short hair working on Friday, August 7 was dismissive, uninterested, and came across as extremely condescending when I simply tried to ask questions about their resale process. What bothered me most was the feeling that I was being judged based on how I was dressed or how I looked when I walked through the door. Never judge a book by its cover. In a luxury resale business, every person who walks in should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they arrive dressed head to toe in designer labels. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was a potential customer with legitimate high-end merchandise who wanted information about doing business with this store. Instead, I left feeling as though my questions were an inconvenience. Customer service matters, especially in a business built around people trusting you with expensive personal belongings. Based on the way I was treated, I would not feel comfortable consigning or selling my designer collection here, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. Did I have to dress up, park my Audi E Tron in front of the store and put on all of my diamonds to get the service or even be acknowledged walking through the door? read more

What a gem of a shop! Looked at their website and found a hat that would suit me perfectly. So I had a little time and decided to check them out. The selection of items is amazing. The store is clean and well organized. I was greeted shortly after I arrived. When I described what I was looking for the sales associate instantly knew where it was. I was in and out quickly. Honestly if I had more time I would have stayed longer and looked around. Parking spots on the street fill quickly but the garage is very close and free. Never was I less impressed when the woman manhandled my $14,000 lambskin Chanel handbag without white gloves. My expensive Chanel was treated very rough. Thankfully there were no scratches left !!! On top of all that, I have never been treated so rude and dismissively by a store employee. They will never have my business again. Her departing words to me were "see you next year". I visited Luv Luxe and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience, their store, their staff, and their selection. I came in with limited knowledge about handbags and didn't give them much to go off of. However, their staff was very friendly and patient. They took time to ask what my friend liked, showed me different styles to understand what she carried, and then provided an excellent variety of choices.
