Dining at this little quaint family run restaurant was a delectable experience! First off, service was perfect - timely and attentive. We loved that the kitchen was open and visible like having dinner at a friend's house. Every single dish was outstanding starting with their caesar salad. We had two of the pastas (penne alla vodka and cappelini andrea korimba) and one pizza (sfincione.- the perfect combination of onions, tomatoes and anchovies). The generous servings of pastas were impeccably prepared and seasoned and the pizza was delicious with a perfect crust. If you are craving Italian fare this place is a must try. read more

Being from Northern NJ just outside of NYC, I was skeptical about eating pizza out here in NV. The owners are extremely friendly and right from Italy, so I had a feeling we were in for a treat. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. All that being said, best pizza I ever had. I have never had pizza crust as flavorful and it simply melts in your mouth. read more

Let me start by saying that Pizza is NOT the first thing I suggest for dinner. That being said, this restaurant has been our weekly delivery order! I am absolutely in love withe the shrimp pizza- I actually talk about it the next day!! Perfect balance, nice and light- I don't love Red sauce, so this is a perfect fit. The only way this pizza could be better is if they offered it with smoked salmon and capers- I guess I'm just bougie like that. We haven't been to the restaurant for dine-in, so I can't speak to that, but if you are looking for something simple but elevated, this is your place!! read more

Trattoria Rustica in Henderson, Nevada, is hands down one of my favorite Italian restaurants. The food is amazing, and the atmosphere and service are top-notch. I've been to a lot of Italian restaurants over the years, but Trattoria Italia is definitely and without question among the best in the valley. Our first visit was incredible. Everything was perfect, and if you only get one chance to impress, Trattoria Rustica totally aced it. We're already planning our next trip! read more

Delizioso! I found Trattoria Rustica on Yelp after donating blood down the street and needing a hearty meal afterwards. Little did I know I was going to stumble upon such a gem! I loved the quaint vibe immediately when I walked in. My ToGo order was quick and easy and not a lot of interaction but overall the staff was very welcoming and courteous. I had the Chicken Marsala which comes with Angel Hair Pasta and bread. The Chicken Marsala was the best I've had in Las Vegas so far and the bread knots were absolutely to die for! The bread knots were SO good that it instantly made me think I can't wait to go back and try their pizza. I bet their pizza crust is outstanding! So even tho this trip was a quick in and out, I am so impressed that I can't wait to go back for more! read more

We tried the mussels and clams - yum!We loved the pizza. It was delicious and they didn't skimp on toppings. Which is impressive, since you can't say that about many restaurants. The facility was clean also super important. And they were so nice and friendly. Definitely going back!!! Looking forward to trying some pasta! read more

Ordered a pizza to try this place out, ordered a 20 dollar pepperoni pizza and after adding olives and the service charge, delivery charge etc it was $40.00..... I had no problem with that and ordered the pizza. It was supposed to be here (from the alert they sent me) like 35 minutes later. Again no problem! Then I get a revised estimate for 15-20 minutes later, again, no big deal!!! Then the pizza shows up and it is not even remotely warm, so I called the place to let them know that I'm not sure if it's the delivery service or if it's them but my pizza showed up cold and he tells me well you need to call the delivery guy because we gave it to the delivery guy hot ? So I asked, what time did you give it to the delivery guy because the pizza just got here at 6:30 so I could try to figure out if they drove around with my pizza for a half an hour and he says they gave it to him around 615 and hangs up on me !!!! The worst part is the pizzas good but the service absolutely sucks. The guy could've at least acted like he gave a shit, but it hangs up on me? Even though the pizza is good, I don't do business with people to treat me like that . You know how to make a good pizza but you don't know how to deal with customers . I wasn't looking for a free pizza or a discount I was just trying to figure out if it was the delivery service or if it was the restaurant, the cost of $40 pepperoni and all the pizza to show up at my door and the establishment to give two shits once they had my money. The pizza was good even though it was cold, but if you're gonna do business with these guys, go pick up your pizza and don't expect much customer service .... This is a lovely privately owned restaurant with some very good food. They also do fresh pasta. I don't think their pizza is their strength, our friends also ordered it on another night and said the same thing. The biggest problem I have run into is that the menu items are not consistent. One night you ordered the lasagna and it's amazing and in the sauce described on the menu. The next time I went in and ordered the lasagna and it was in a regular red marinara sauce? It seems also by the end of the night the chef is tired and the dishes just don't taste as good. Please Trattoria, your service is amazing, try to have some consistency in your food. read more

Italian done the way it's supposed to be! Put Trattoria Rustica on your "to do" list if you are serious about experiencing outstanding taste, ambiance and all the rest! Look, we all know that just because it's "Vegas", that doesn't mean that every restaurant that brags that they are "world class", is world class. In fact, there are A LOT of Restaurants here that are simply terrible in taste demeanor and quite frankly..Expensive. What a disappointment! They talk a "good game" but, don't deliver on taste and value. I took a chance, having read the reviews here on Yelp and decided to take the plunge. I took my husband out to Trattoria Rustica for his 71st Birthday and oh my....What a delight!! Well, I am happy to report that from the "knots" ("bread twists" I guess you could refer them to) served with the most delicious "gravy" (us East Coasters know waz up!) to the incredibly well done Caesar Salad (not heavily topped off with dressing) to the Lasagna that tasted so savory and fresh, finished with some amazing cheese cake and cappuccino, this is my "go to" place for Italian-PERIOD!!! The ambiance was quite quaint and the service from Carlo, our server was lovely. This is really a nice, special place in otherwise loud, pretentious Las Vegas. You'll feel like you walked into a completely different world where you won't want to leave-EVER!!! read more

Ordered through delivery. Had spaghetti and meatballs, chicken Marsala, two minestrone soups, and garlic knots. Total without tip was $90. How they are charging this much for this food is beyond me. Meatballs tasted like straight hamburger meat with no flavor. Overcooked and dry. Minestrone was essentially a tomato colored water with canned vegetables in it. Garlic knots were burnt and cold. Marsala was swimming in a sauce that tasted like Campbells can of mushroom mixed with water. With this price and level of bland flavor, check yourself into the nearest hospital as your experience with the price and food will be similar. read more

This was some of the best Italian food I've ever had. This was my first time coming here and I stumbled in by accident to an amazing restaurant. During lunch you get the choice of a salad and soda along side your entree. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara. I love pasta! I've never had a pasta dish that I didn't love. When I saw they had bowtie pasta, the dish looked insanely good! This is a new restaurant that's been opened for about a month since August 26th, 2022. They're located on Sunset and Stephanie by Hobby Lobby and near Ross, you'll find them right next to Chase bank and there's plenty of parking. Inside is nice and cozy with lots of Italian decor of beautiful paintings. Menu offers a tasty selection of appetizers like meatballs napoli and calamari, there's soup, salad, sandwiches, all kinds of pasta from spaghetti to baked lasagna and ravioli. They also have chicken entrees, seafood, and pizza. Complimentary bread knots with marinara sauce were served first and these were tasty. The Classic Caesar salad ($11.95) was my all time favorite and so delicious! Caesar dressing was made fresh, creamy and flavorful. Croutons were buttery and crunchy, and the romaine lettuce were tossed generously in Parmesan cheese. As for entree, we shared a big serving of Farfalle Al Salmone ($23.95), it's a scrumptious seafood pasta dish with pieces of salmon mixed in. Did you know? In Italian, farfalle means butterflies and it makes sense to use bowtie pasta which really does resemble the shape of a butterfly. Overall service from Milena and Chef Ninnie was attentive and very friendly! I really appreciate how they kindly welcomed us with open arms. The restaurant owners are husband and wife, and it's a lovely place where customers are treated like family. read more

What a nice restaurant!!! Wife and I are from New York so we are used to being disappointed all over the USA with Italian food. This place was just convenient so we popped in for a quick late lunch. Wife had chicken parm dinner and I had a chicken parm sandwich. We got full restaurant service with water, cloth napkins and warm bread before food. Chicken was fresh cooked, not the pre-cooked frozen stuff many places sell. The sauce is fantastic and they give you a nice salad with the sandwich. Hell I ate it and I HATE salads!!! Will be back for a nice dinner and to try their pizza soon and will update, but first impression it's a winner!!! read more

Cold Pizza. I placed an online order, paid for it and all is good. A few min later I get an update, its going to be a bit later.. about 20 min... Ok.. no big deal. Then I get another update, even later. When that time comes and goes, no pizza... an HOUR after the delivery time it shows up, cold as a rock in December. Nothing says Yummy like cold rubber pizza. Nothing from the store itself, they dont bother contacting me at all. read more

I noticed this new restaurant on Yelp so my husband and I decided to give it a try! Quick overview: We were lucky enough to make it for the lunch special, which includes a pasta dish at a discounted price, a salad, and a drink. They are a small mom-n-pop restaurant I would define as a gem hole in the wall! The lady that served us (who may have been part of the family that owns it?) was very nice as well as the chef. The flavors were very authentic and delicious. Before coming, just know it is on the pricier side, but in my opinion it's worth it because they seem to use quality ingredients. Carbonara: one of the best I've tried! I now know what real carbonara is supposed to taste like and they use ACTUAL guanciale, not bacon! That took it to a whole new level of authentic Italian flavor. Caprese salad: I chose this as my salad for the lunch special. The mozzarella they used was so delicious and went perfect with their fresh tomatoes, good olive oil, and balsamic glaze. Spaghetti Amatriciana: This was a red sauce pasta with a kick of flavors that was new to my palate. It was bright, tangy, and had an enjoyable subtle heat from the peppers. It also had guanciale. In conclusion I would definitely come back again! There are other things I'm interested in trying like their lasagna or seafood pasta dishes. read more

This is our second time here. The service was wonderful as always. The first time we came, we got a complimentary basket of fresh garlic knots and marinara that were absolutely delicious. We were looking forward to it again the second time but didn't get any. Looks like we just got lucky the first time. This time, we ordered the baked penne and the capricciosa pizza. The baked penne was exactly as we were hoping, very flavorful, saucy, and piping hot. The pizza was a surprise. We ordered a 16", but we got what felt like at least 20"! This was a birthday dinner and we decided to try a new to us spot. My wife loves Italian and this place was close to us. We were completely blown away! This service was great. It's not a big location so the two man crew ran it perfectly. The restaurant have a great vibe and feels homey. You can smell all the food and it is great! I ordered takeout, and one of the dishes was eggplant parmigiana, which was supposed to come with pasta. When I called the restaurant, they told me there would be an additional charge of $6 on top of the $21 for the small portion of eggplant. The eggplant slices were thick and swimming in sauce. The taste was okay but be warned that they have an upcharge for pasta when ordering from the pasta section. read more

This is a small business with all authentic ingredients. I've been to 49-50 Italian restaurants and this is one of the very best restaurants. Small venue seats about 30 people in total but the food and service were amazing! Check it out and you'll appreciate the total experience! Everything's from scratch. I'll definitely be back. Food was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca (highly recommend) and my husband the beef flank with risotto (not on the menu but it was a special for the day... and BOMB!). Kids loved the Spaghetti and Meatballs. The ambiance is cozy. Based on the location (in a strip mall) you wouldn't expect it but this place really is a hidden gem. Okay so do not let the fact that this is in a strip mall with Target and Hobby Lobby deter you ... this is a legitimate authentic Italian restaurant. The dining room is quaint and small, just 7 tables, but the ambiance is great. Cute decor, nice background music not too loud and not too soft, and the requisite red and white checked table cloths. We were seated immediately and offered the most delicious bread basket with tiny bread knots and marinara sauce for dipping. We shared an arugula salad, and then had the lasagna and chicken piccata for dinner. Both were absolutely divine! The chicken was cooked to perfection in a creamy lemon sauce with just the right amount of capers. Served with a delicious angel hair pasta, this dish didn't disappoint . The lasagna was creamy with 5 full layers of sauce, noodles, meat and cheese. Amazing and one of the best we've ever had honestly. We finished the meal with the lemon cake and a cappuccino which was made to perfection. The owners/servers/chef are friendly and so welcoming, it felt like we were old friends coming to a Sunday night family dinner. We cannot wait to come back to try more of the pasta dishes and the pizza as well. If you love and crave authentic Italian food, come here! You will not be disappointed. read more

Cute restaurant, very sweet Italian decor. Staff were very friendly. We ordered pizza and Caesar salad for takeout. To take back to our hotel. Food was really tasty! Pizza with spicy sausage, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini was delish. Caesar salad had lots of yummy Parmesan and nice croutons. We would dine here every 2 weeks or so, but we had a busy schedule lately we haven't been since the beginning of May, so we stopped by last night and saw all new faces working. The waitress told us the owner is on break. Therefore, some family members are helping out. We were hopeful that everything would be the same. When she brought us the menu, we noticed it was different! Alfredo is not on the menu anymore, but we could request. It took them a while to get the service going. Then they brought us the bread. Sad to say, it was a disappointment. The bread was like flat bread, but tough and very dry. We're so used to the soft, chewy, delicious knotts. We're still hopeful that our food would still taste fantastic like usual. We ordered our usual: calamari and Mozarella balls for apps, gnocchi, chicken Alfredo, and we tried the new summer Fettuccine Capri. It took a while to get our food, almost an hour. Then our food arrived. It hurts me to say this, but I have to be honest. They looked and tasted differently than before. Alfredo is the only pasta my husband orders from here, and he was a bit disappointed that it doesn't taste the same anymore. The Summer Capri was good, I love the texture of the noodles. The Mozarella balls were also different, very think coating. We didn't try the pizza this time around but we saw a family ordered them and it looked different as well. The service, as it took longer per usual, the lady was friendly. In summary, this was our go-to place when we crave pasta and pizza. With the changes we noticed last night, it's still better than all the other places we've tried. I hope they will bring back the old recipe. Otherwise, as sad as I am to say this, we probably just won't visit as often read more

We just moved here to NV and found this amazing restaurant. I did not know what to expect. We were greeted by two Italian gentlemen. They seated us quickly. We decided to order a pizza and split it. We were so surprised at how great the pizza was...great crust, plentiful amount of cheese and a sauce that was incredibly delicious. Because the pizza was so great we ordered a dessert. We chose the limoncello cake. The flavor surpassed every other limoncello dessert I have had in the States or Europe. Amazingly good. I could eat here several times every week! The service was quick, efficient and everyone was incredibly polite. Thus far, despite other eateries here that we enjoyed, this is still my favorite. read more

The ambiance was very cozy and intimate. Clean bathroom as well. The service was excellent. Very friendly and relaxed. Waters were filled every time our glasses were half full. The food was authentic and full of flavor. The portions were just right, not too big or too small. We came with a party of 8 (4 adults/4 kids). I hope this restaurant does well! I wish I could do half star ratings. It would be 3.5. But due to service, I'll bump it to 4. It's small, and quaint. Run by a pack of Italian bros. They were attentive. There aren't many tables and we had to wait about 10 minutes, which was fine. We were first served garlic knots with marinara dipping sauce- We ordered Cesar salad, and the special of shrimp pesto fettuccini and the Veal Piccata. The Cesar salad was nice, lettuce was soft, green and fresh. The special of shrimp pesto fettuccini was good. It was more of a pesto Alfredo, and the shrimp were not over cooked. And the veal piccata was the piece of veal without breading, and looked almost boiled. The pasta and piccata sauce was nice- and my husband ate all of his meal, but just wasn't a veal piccata he was used to (slightly breaded with a small-moderate amount of piccata sauce). I wish we would have gotten pizza, as it looked delicious!! The desserts looked wonderful, but we did not get dessert either. Overall, I would probably go back and try the pizza. Dining room was 2/3 full and people were still coming in after I was seated. They do have valet parking as an option if you have mobility challenged party members. Entrance to dining room is one continuous level with no stairs, for those that look for that info, making it wheelchair accessible. Also surprised to see half bottles of wine at reasonable prices. I went for a half bottle of Chianti, as I love a good table wine. It was a 2021 Nozzole, which perfectly complemented the food, even though the starter would normally pair with a white. I am a wine heathen, but at the same time Chianti pairs with anything. Arnaldo was super knowledgeable about wine pairing selections, which again denotes a level of care and passion that translates into a great meal. 17 year veteran of Italian fine dining. Bread offering had variety and was authentic Italian dipping of balsamic vinegar and olive oil with four fresh baked selections of bread, all delicious. Starter - went for the shrimp scampi. While I personally would have liked some angel hair pasta with it instead of the fried shoestring potatoes on first glance, I will say they added a textural variation I wasn't expecting. Nice start. Arnaldo did let me know that in the future if the angel hair pasta was what I craved, the scampi main comes paired with exactly that. Staff does extra touches; waiters that weren't assigned to my section kept my wine full and checked in often. Props to the front of house manager/staff. For main, O went with the risotto of the day, which Ronaldo highly recommended. My normal go to is chicken or veal Marsala; but he recommended that day's risotto as his absolute favorite, so I took the recommendation. It was a creamy pistachio pesto risotto. I have never had - or even seen - a pesto risotto, so I thought it would be interesting. The risotto was cooked perfectly, with the nutty pistachio blending extremely well with the pesto. The sausage was mild, so it did get lost flavor wise, but texturally gave some differentiation that the dish needed to work. The kitchen staff's love shone through on this one and I was really pleasantly surprised. It was earthy, woodsy, creamy and the sausage gave it a hint of smokiness. Would recommend although YMMV since they cycle out risottos daily. I should also mention that the portion size was about 1.5 times what I was expecting, so you'll have leftovers if you're going for dessert. I've included a photo of the dessert menu as it's not on their Google Photos; Renaldo highly suggested if I was going to go gelato, to do the pistachio tortufo, but also recommended the tiramisu as best in town. I went that direction since I had a pistachio main. He also gave me a dessert espresso amuse bouche gratis that was fantastic. As someone who has been to Italy multiple times and taken classes - in Italy - to make tiramisu, I can say the claim is not bravado. They do put chocolate sauce on the plate - which isn't necessary, but the tiramisu is classic, creamy, decadent and I believe it to be the best I've had in the city proper.the ladyfingers prove JUST the right consistency and texture to break up the rest of the layers.
