This company is strictly about the money. He took the hump off of my side profile but if I turn a little bit you can still see that he left a bump on both sides of my nose. It's like he only focused on one angle but forgot every other angle. I brought this up to him during my follow up and he told me to "calm down it will go away" he also said it was "normal" for tissue to come back. But this wasn't regrowth... from the beginning it was clear that there was leftover bumps on both sides. Im not sure why he kept disregarding my concerns but it was clear he didn't care about me as a patient. He wanted to charge me for the whole procedure again to fix it so I decided not to continue with his practice. 3 years after my surgery and I still have the bump on both sides of my nose. The day of my appointment when the nurses were getting me ready they were arguing right infront of me! I was scheduled as the second surgery of the day but then last minute they switched me to the first surgery. Everything seemed so rushed and maybe that's why the doctor forgot to pay attention to detail when it came to my surgery. Maybe he's good with other procedures but I wouldn't recommend coming here for rhinoplasty. He will disregard any end goal you want and override with his own idea. The front view is also crooked and off to the side like coralines nose. Will get redone at another office unfortunately I wasted my money with him.

This is a review of Dr. Matthew L. Romans, MD FACS at Salinas Valley Plastic Surgery Associates in…read moreSalinas, CA I give Dr. Romans my absolute highest recommendation for plastic surgery based on his vast technical skills, experience, and amazing results he achieved for me on my breast reconstruction after cancer. If you want to know more, please read on. I am a cancer patient, that required removal of cancer, and, a rebuild of what was left of my breasts which were already in very sad shape. When the Nancy Ausonio Breast Health Center referred me to Dr. Romans, I checked out his website and photo gallery. https://www.salinasvalleyplasticsurgery.com/plastic-surgeons-salinas/matthew-romans/ Two things are paramount in the choice of a plastic surgeon. 1. Ability and 2. Desire Anything else is secondary. Dr. Mathew L. Romans has built a thriving practice based on his impressive skills and casework in many years of experience. This enables him to expertly assess your case, answer your questions, explain your options, and implement the achievement of your result using his technical prowess. He's serious, friendly and energetic. He has a cool sense of humor. He has a passion for his craft. His desire to get you the best outcome possible, is evident in the attention to detail shown in every facet of his practice, from his detailed website, immaculate office, and friendly well trained support staff. He thinks of everything. In my procedure, once cancer was removed by the general surgeon, Dr. Mathew L. Romans was tasked to recreate breasts where now, there was a gaping hole, and extreme ugly drooping tissue. No other words are strong enough... The result was LIFE-CHANGING! It is shock and awe in the best possible way. I am humbled by his skill and the result he gained for me. Where there was very little left, he conserved tissue and reshaped to make a beautiful breast, and he then made the other side match with great symmetry and nipple placement. I went from 36DDD breasts hanging at my waist, to 44C breasts with beautiful size, shape and projection. He hid scars in the breast fold. The nipples look amazing. I now have the breasts of a woman more than half my age! At a follow up with the general surgeon who removed the cancer, that doctor took one look and said "Dr. Romans MADE MAGIC." I give Dr. Matthew K. Romans the HIGHEST POSSIBLE review and forever appreciation for impacting my life in a wonderful way.
