I have had multiple discussions with them and they say they have never done it therefore they never will. I have mentioned it to Dr Block who stated just call them and ask them to add you to the schedule but they always refuse. He seems almost afraid or intimidated by his own staff. My son was struggling with long lasting cough, and went through sinusitis treatment with other ENT. Also the office ladies didn't say anything to us during that 1.6 hour when the entire office filled (we were 2nd to arrive in room) and then emptied and refilled AGAIN. I had to go up and request an update as to what was going on... twice. This is the worst front desk/customer service. And the doctors bedside manner are also not worth waiting for.

He has very good beside manner and has a lot of experience. He gave suggestions and also diagnosed the issue. They are popular so my Dad had to wait about a month for an appointment. Shaun said we could email him if my Dad is not feeling any better and he'd prescribe medication. We felt he cared a lot and didn't rush us through questions. Highly recommend this clinic.
