Completely ignore patients and when patients have to ask questions, it is clear they are disinterested and bothered. I then called for follow up and the phone rang for over 6 minutes. When they finally did answer the phones, they immediately said please hold. In total I was waiting for over 10 minutes! I then asked to speak to a supervisor but supposedly she wasn't there and was supposed to call me back (which never happened). This business should take these reviews serious. Your staff is consistently given negative reviews and something should be done. As far as the doctors go, I went here and saw Dr German who was great. No complaints for the doc.

Chase is the person who gave me my hearing test; he has a great personality. Did I wait in the room where they put you by yourself to wait for Dr. Block? Yes, I did wait for a bit, but it's easy to deal with that if you have your phone with you. I just turned off the volume and played games on my phone while waiting. Was it worth it? Yes, I feel that the wait was worth it. I'll go back in 2 weeks. I really like this place.

It's almost impossible to get an appointment with Dr Block without waiting weeks yet the staff refuse to keep cancellation list. COME INTO THE 21st CENTURY LADIES. I have had multiple discussions with them and they say they have never done it therefore they never will. It would be such a basic thing to help patients - but they clearly aren't concerned with helping patients. I have mentioned it to Dr Block who stated just call them and ask them to add you to the schedule but they always refuse. He seems almost afraid or intimidated by his own staff. So if you manage to get an appointment you will have good care by the doctor (you might wait a really long time like some other patients have mentioned here).

I have ongoing challenges with my sinuses which include several surgeries in the 80's. When we arrived at this very well run office I was greeted immediately and assisted to complete the necessary history and insurance information. Dr Jacobson was warm, friendly and professional from the first moment we met with him. He took my involved history and addressed my medical situation with skill and concern for my comfort. Because of the complicated sinus problems we knew surgery was likely going to be advised. A revision to the 1980's approach was critical to my being able to breathe and smell and function without ongoing infection, headaches and malaise. All treatment approaches were detailed and questions answered with thoroughness and patience. We chose to have the surgery asap and all arrangements were expedited. The operation was skillfully completed and recovery was smooth as expected. Dr Jacobson is my new best "go to" sinus doctor. Luckily, I have not needed him as I am able to breathe and sleep and not be ill with sinus infections!! I highly recommend Dr Joel Jacobson for the care of your sinus health.
