I experienced this first hand when I went in last year around August for a consultation. Dr. Zewert and his team make you comfortable the minute you walk thru their doors. From the staff in the front to the nurse that takes you to the back room to meeting Dr. Zewert, it was overall a great experience. My nurse was terrific, and she was down to earth. She stuck with me thru the consultation, and I also saw her on the day of the surgery which put me at ease. The front desk knew me by name every time I came in, and it was nice to see that they relate to you on a personal level. What I love about Dr. Zewert is the knowledge he shared with me during the consultation. He wasn't trying to sell me a pricey option or one that would only please me right away but would hurt my body in the long term. He was genuinely concern and truly wants the best for the client. He didn't sugar coat the process and was straightforward about the option that was best for my body type. The result of my surgery is simply beautiful, and I am so thankful I chose him.
