I experienced this first hand when I went in last year around August for a consultation. Dr. Zewert and his team make you comfortable the minute you walk thru their doors. From the staff in the front to the nurse that takes you to the back room to meeting Dr. Zewert, it was overall a great experience. My nurse was terrific, and she was down to earth. She stuck with me thru the consultation, and I also saw her on the day of the surgery which put me at ease. The front desk knew me by name every time I came in, and it was nice to see that they relate to you on a personal level. What I love about Dr. Zewert is the knowledge he shared with me during the consultation. He wasn't trying to sell me a pricey option or one that would only please me right away but would hurt my body in the long term. He was genuinely concern and truly wants the best for the client. He didn't sugar coat the process and was straightforward about the option that was best for my body type. The result of my surgery is simply beautiful, and I am so thankful I chose him. If you are looking for a great surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Zewert to anyone looking to get work done. I could not have asked for a better doctor and team. I never had any lingering questions either because before I would ask, he would address it all. He is catering to his patients and he is an amazing doctor, no questions asked. He genuinely cares for all of his patients which is also hard to come by nowadays. When I had my surgery yesterday, he made sure that I was good from the very beginning to the very end when he walked me out when my ride came to pick me up. He made sure that I was good and in the car before he went back inside, which is also RARE since I've never had a doctor do that when they're back to back with surgeries. He took my concerns very seriously when it comes to my voice and scars that can form, and he actually brought up a whole plan about my fear of ugly scars and what we can do to prevent keloids forming. I would recommend him to anyone who needed an ENT. Not only is he caring but he is very attentive to his patients. And everyone deserves doctors like Dr. German. Also, the workers in the front and nurses are also super caring as well. I had a pre-op appointment but I was really busy that whole entire day, which means that I had to be in and out (I would have canceled all of my future appointments that day if I was really concerned about my doctor but there was no need since I trusted him completely). Completely ignore patients and when patients have to ask questions, it is clear they are disinterested and bothered. I then called for follow up and the phone rang for over 6 minutes. When they finally did answer the phones, they immediately said please hold. In total I was waiting for over 10 minutes! I then asked to speak to a supervisor but supposedly she wasn't there and was supposed to call me back (which never happened). This business should take these reviews serious. Your staff is consistently given negative reviews and something should be done. As far as the doctors go, I went here and saw Dr German who was great. No complaints for the doc.
