As it's said if I could give it 0 stars... my first Yelp review ever- but 100% be warned. Watch out for this place. Shady pricing, "specials" are not specials, they will find a way to say you need something else for it to look "right". Dr. Lim says one thing and then Jazmin writes up it up at a much higher price. Then says "that's not in Dr. Lim's purview" when you question and say that it wasn't what was discussed. Jazmin also denies pricing she verbally gave me. Like I would make it up. Also watch out if you want a birthmark removed. They got my daughter too. 10 minutes of Dr. Lim's time- $250 to tell her she didn't have the laser needed and to go to Stanford Dermatology. Didn't ask her if she'd like any other services, just goodbye and no prorated fee, deposit can't be transferred to something else because it wasn't part of the consultation. The main thing here is how do you want to be known Dr Lim and Dr. Lamara? For every person actually leaving a review about shady practices there are so many more experiencing it as well. read more

The staff were all friendly. I enjoyed what I got, but I do feel like my voice wasn't heard. I wanted a chemical peel or micro-needling and was told that I needed to wait for the micro-needling. The chemical peel wasn't addressed until my next appointment but still the nurse didn't seem like she was interested in doing the micro-needling or chemical peel on me. She referred me to other nurses to get consultations from them and also the male plastic surgeon for the chemical peel since he is the only one in the office qualified to do the one I was interested in. Other than that, my first consultation was great! The nurse was sweet. It was just the second time coming in there, she must've been having an off day (which we all do from time to time). I went in for my consultation in which I initially was planning to get a breast augmentation with implants and a lift. Dr. Wendy suggested/recommended that I get the breast lift but instead of doing the breast augmentation with implants, that I should do it with a fat transfer from liposuction done in my abdomen/side flanks and that I would get the same results I was looking for. After waiting months to have surgery, I was so excited when the day came and my breast did look great but after the healing my breast were smaller than what they were before the surgery and one was bigger than the other. She didn't explain that this could happen if not my husband and I would had opted to get implants instead. I was so unhappy because what I was looking for were larger breast and definitely not one being larger than the other one. Once I explained my concerns and unhappiness with the results. She recommended I do a second surgery but this time do a breast augmentation with implants. After having the second surgery my breast were larger but the scarring from the breast lift was more visible and although she put a larger implant on the left breast so it would be about the same size as my right breast. It is still noticeable that the right breast is larger which wouldn't have happened if I would have gotten implants the first time. I paid $11,000 for the first surgery and $9,000 for the second surgery for a total of $19,000. This is just not right because I could have only paid $12,000 for what I was looking for but had to pay that much because of her initial recommendation. I trusted her, she is the expert. Holly is amazing and changed my life.  As silly as this sounds she has. Unfortunately I got my first filler with someone that had no bed side manner and it look less then 5 min. Dr. Wong has changed my life! I had a long overdue breast reduction surgery last September and I feel and look amazing. I went from a DD to C and 6 months later it looks like I had tastefully done implants. I can run and jump and I have stopped being sad when I look in the mirror. *WARNING* Dr. Wong made a major error with the surgical knife that caused permanent damage and a lot of pain. Last year I went in for an in-office labiaplasty procedure. During the surgery, Dr. Wong, who chit-chatted the entire time, removed too much tissue, leaving the most sensitive part of the female anatomy exposed. This was a huge, avoidable mistake that should never happen by a board certified surgeon. For months, she insisted my discomfort was due to swelling, eventhough post-op photos clearly showed the surgical mistake. Last week - a year and a half later - I requested a meeting. Dr. Wong finally admitted she made a significant surgical error. Her exact words were "I'm sorry I made a mistake I'm always trying to improve." Great. To avoid a malpractice court case, we agreed on a financial settlement. It was small compensation for irreversible damage. She offered to try and fix the botched surgical cut. No thanks. I'll be getting an assessment of the damage from prominent surgeon. Meanwhile I'll be reporting her surgery practice and my resulting injury to both the California Medical Board and the Board of Plastic Surgery Ethics committee, along with all documentation, photos and the other surgeon's assessment of what she did wrong. Other than using my middle name here for privacy instead of first name, this review is 100% honest. I feel prospective patients need to be aware of this incident in order to make an informed decision. I'll be updating this review to report on the Medical Board's findings. read more

I came to Dr Wong after a couple of bad outcomes from other procedures done by other doctors. I selected her, at first, because she, at the time, had 23 five-star reviews. She was easy to talk to, and explained what was needed to acheive the result that I was looking for. I did the surgery, and now, about a month out, I am very happy with the results. She had her work cut out for her because she was not starting with a blank slate, but was fixing the botched work of others. The staff and the office were also five-stars. Oh, and the price was reasonable compared to other doctors I have seen. The procedure and recovery have been uneventful, which is what you want. Nothing bad to report here! I'd been intermittently looking for a plastic surgeon for 25 years. When I met Dr Wong I knew after our consult that she was more knowledgeable than any other surgeon I'd consulted with, suggesting fixes that other surgeons said were not fixable. She is highly skilled, so much so that she was able to *precisely* tailor the surgery to my anatomy. She has the experience to go beyond the basics, and the results are absolutely beautiful. As a side note, consider that some surgeries requires you to be naked and unconscious in an operating room of strangers. I knew Dr Wong would maintain the trust a patient gives a surgeon. I cannot rave enough about nurse Katie here! I have been nervous to get lip fillers for years and finally decided to get them done by nurse Katie and needless to say, she did an amazing job. My lips look completely natural still which was my biggest fear! I was completely numb and did not feel a thing. I also get a little Botox in my face and she is great! As a breast cancer survivor I was very reluctant to have reconstruction surgery until I finally found the right plastic surgeon. Dr. Wendy Wong is amazing! I know it's not always fair to compare people, but when it's your body you do compare surgeons and their recommendation. The three I interviewed before Dr. Wong, seem to just recommend what they were comfortable doing, basic implants without regard to complications for breast cancer survivors which are many... both short and long term (blotches surgeries, mammogram issues, replacement issues, etc.). That wasn't what I felt was medically best for me. In consulting Dr. Wong, she got it, she was truly empathic and knowledgeable on all the options available to me and together we created a course of action that I am so grateful for. The results are amazing and I feel whole again. If you are a breast cancer survivor, or need any plastic surgery procedures, you owe it to yourself to work with a surgeon who listens, respects, and has the current training and skills to do what is best for you. Not only is Dr. Wong an amazing breast reconstruction surgeon, but other types of plastic surgery she is just as exceptionally gifted. It's funny I have friends who have gone to her with amazing results but aren't willing to share their experience with other since they don't want anyone to know about their surgeries, I understand their reluctant but I don't anyone to have to go through what I had to go through to find an excellent surgeon. Dr. Wendy is wonderful. She comes in the office and explains in detail while having you sign forms informing you of all the risks one might have after receiving BOTOX. I felt completely comfortable with my decision to get BOTOX. I absolutely love Bri and Dr. Wendy. While Dr. Wendy is gently injecting she watches you closely to see if you might be uncomfortable in any way. I'm so disappointed in the communication with this place. I went in and had my consultation with Dr. Wong the first week of March (she's super sweet by the way) They told me they were going to contact my insurance to see if they would cover it. Which they would! I was looking forward to getting a breast reconstruction due to a mastectomy that I had done due to breast cancer! I kept sending emails to the surgery coordinator and got no response for about three weeks. I understand things are hard due to COVID, but come on. I also work in the medical field, so I get it. The coordinator finally contacted me and told me my emails were being "archived". When we finally spoke, I was told they could schedule my surgery on either sep 10, 17, or 24 ( I think those were the dates) any way, I have yet to hear from anyone since July 18! I'm truly disappointed because I waited a year to change insurance so that it would get covered. They need to give me my deposit back too! I feel like I just got ripped off.
