I used Dr. Keller for a FAA medical exam and it has been a 6 month ordeal to regain clearance to Fly. He absolutely refuses to do anything to help clear up the situation in which should have never wielded its head in the first place. Note: The FAA requests that all communication be forwarded through your AME (Aviation Medical Examiner) His office does not answer messages or answer/return e-mails unless you call the new patient number. This alone should tell you about his services.... If you are a pilot GO elsewhere, if any issue were to arise you are on your own to solve it. Avoid the Man's services at all cost. read more

Not worth it! Referred by a co-worker I went and was not seeing any changes with my IPL treatments. I have leftover scars from old acne on my face and Dr. Keller said with IPL he could get them to fade. After my third treatment I was not seeing any changes from the day I first walked in there to two weeks after the last treatment. Plus he go to close to my eyes with the laser treatment and I know that is completely unsafe! I started going to LaserAway for laser treatment with them and have saw more of a change after the first treatment than I did here. Don't waste your money!!! I went in to for a tattoo removal. I started the process in Santa Cruz with great results but was tired for driving up there so tried Dr Keller. I explained I scar very easily and he insisted he could finish the treatment in 1 session. Terrible experience here. I had a Groupon for the SilkPeel facial treatment. At $99 "valued at $250" it still felt pretty steep (a quick Google shows most SilkPeels are about $100 anyway) , but I thought it might be worth it and shucks, it was my birthday. So I booked with "Kim," who said it would take an hour, and showed up at my appointment time. There were no other clients in sight, but the two ladies at the welcome desk barely looked up as I (admittedly looking a little shleppy) came in. After a few awkward minutes standing there and being ignored I finally cleared my throat and said "Hi, I have an appointment with Kim." "That's me," said one of the ladies and kept on with her filing. The other one gave me a 7-page form and told me to have a seat, "we'll get you right in." I started dutifully filling out the form, but as the questions got more and more probing (SS, emergency contact, info on my family doctor, the three things about my appearance I wanted to change, health history), I paused and went back to the desk. It's just a facial, I sheepishly said. She told me to just give her the form. Kim would be with me right away. By the time I had been waiting all by myself in the waiting room for a half hour, I popped my head into the front desk and asked when I might be seen. "Just in a few minutes," Not-Kim snapped. Fifteen minutes later, I checked again. "Just a few minutes." Soon Kim walked up and stuck out her hand, unsmiling, and led me into a room. Perhaps she wasn't smiling because she had just been freshly Botoxed. Her eyebrows had that permanently surprised look and her mouth had me playing guess-the-procedures. (Facelift? Collagen?) I only mention these shallow details about her appearance because we are in a plastic surgeon's office and they seem relevant. No sooner have I gotten into the room, and she walks out to get a blanket. Comes back and drops the blanket on the floor and says we can't use that one. Leaves again and is gone for a few more minutes, and I can hear her having a conversation with another lady about how I'll just have to lie on top of the sheets. She comes back in, tells me to lie on the sheets, and then asks if I'd like a blanket (yes, please), and puts the throw blanket from the back of a chair on me. OK, I'm ready for a relaxing facial at this point. She turns on a mist (lavender or lemon are my choices; I go with lavender, which is nice) and says she needs to go get water. She is gone for another 10 minutes. At this point my blood is boiling. I have to get home to my infant. I am about to get up and ask for my money back when she returns. I say I have a babysitter and it's already been an hour. "Our computers are down," she says, again as if I'm bothering her. So then she starts the facial, and smears something on my face. I have to ask what she's putting on there. She vaguely says, "an infusion treatment." She proceeds to put a few things on and wipe them off without telling me what she's doing. The SilkPeel itself is a buzzy little machine, feels almost like a tiny electric razor that squirts goop. The goop gets into my eye. It starts burning. She tells me it shouldn't burn and encourages me to open my eye. Against my instinct, I do, and it burns much worse. She seems more annoyed than apologetic, and dabs at it with a watery cloth until the stinging subsides. And so proceeds my facial, with Kim silently, sullenly going through the motions without telling me what she's doing, without talking to me about my skin or making any recommendations, slaps on some SPF 40 sunscreen (which I would have declined had I a say in the matter), and it's all over within 45 minutes or so. My skin doesn't look noticably any different than before, I'm out $99, I've wasted 2 hours instead of 1, and I'm PO'd instead of relaxed. read more

update ~I am 5 months post smart tickle lipo , it was the best decision i ever made! Results way better than i ever expected! ~ I started at size 12. I am in a size 6 today and looks like i am going to keep losing?! WOW .. so fun trying on clothes now ~ Dr. Keller continues to work with you to get best results. I go in monthly.I follow instructions and ..he checks to see what other reasons might be keeping you from losing.... then he helps correct those. I had very bad experience at Dr Keller office. Twice I waited more than half an hour, but when I was late they cancelled my apointment with charging the whole price of my procedure which conflicted with what they signed at Agreement. Office manager Susanne was very rude with me when I tried to explain that I feel it as wrong. Finally she reimburse me my payment furiously. 6 months after I made an appointment for my Botox and they accepted me as a client. One day before my visit they called me to confirm my appointment, but then cancelled it. Susanne called me and talked very mean. I'm beyond thrilled with Dr. Keller and his staff. I came in to get my leg veins looked at because I was experiencing a lot of leg cramping and restlessness. I've had veiny legs for many years, and the veins kept getting worse. Most other doctors said it was nothing to worry about - but I knew I had to get seen by a specialist. Dr. Keller used an ultrasound to take a look at how my veins were working - and it turned out that I was experiencing a lot of blood reflux due to faulty veins! That's why I went to see Dr. Keller for Smartlipo. I was so incredibly pleased. There was minimal downtime and I was back to work the next day. Had Smartlip exactly one year ago this month and would highly recommend it. There is one caveat he will tell you about and he is telling the truth - if you commit to this procedure be prepared to change your eating habits. I bought a Living Social deal for laser hair removal treatment. It's hard for me to rate this because the eventual treatment was very good, but the journey to get there was extremely difficult and time consuming. The voucher said "Dr. Robert Keller," whom I checked out before I purchased the deal for a new office in Los Gatos. When I called to make the appointment, I was given a San Jose address. When I showed up for my appointment, there was no "Keller" anywhere. It was the office of Dr. Kambiz Zand, a gynecologist! I was told that the Los Gatos office would be open in the next couple of weeks. I arrived for my first appointment in Los Gatos only to be told that the laser wasn't working. I never received a phone call in advance telling me I wouldn't get my treatment. (There wasn't any signage on the door. There was nothing in the office except for a couple of chairs.) I was told I would have to call a number in Monterey to reschedule as they didn't have the appointment book there at the office. I called and spoke to someone who assured me I would get a phone call back within the next day or two. Weeks later I still hadn't bee contacted and called back. I booked my appointment. When I showed up the office, it was locked. I called the San Jose number only to be told I had to call Monterey. Finally I got in to see Dr. Zand, who performed the procedure. I was left in a room for about 20 minutes with nothing--no magazines, no nothing--just a stark room. When I got into see the doctor, he was very nice, but didn't strike me as having much experience at what he was doing. Next appointment, no one was at the office again. This time I called the Monterey office directly and no one was there either. I left a message. I did not get my phone call returned. I had to call one or two times more to get a new appointment. I showed up a third time to find a note on the door saying the laser was broken. Once again I got no phone call in advance. This time, Suzanne Keller was actually in the office. I complained that this was the third time I showed up for an appointment and would get no treatment and never once had anyone called me in advance to tell me there was a problem. She offered me treatment quickly if I would drive to Monterey. She also offered me a series of 6 IPL treatments to make up for the inconvenience. I took her up on her offer. I drove to Monterey the next week. Dr. Keller himself performed the treatment and he was great. It was weird though because only three of us were in the office at 10 a.m. on a weekday. Both Dr. Keller and his wife Suzanne were very apologetic for all of the inconvenience. Dr. Keller is clearly very professional and experienced at what he does. When my appointment was over, Suzanne was not able to make my next appointment as the "computer went down." I called back twice and left messages to make my next appointment. But I never heard from them again. read more
