Love these treatments and this place! Jason is very knowledgeable and good at what he does! You can get the localized Cryo, which has really helped my heels and my lower back. The PBM light bed is a very good treatment too. I am hooked on the Cryo chamber. It's cold, but you only have to do it three minutes and by the time you're done it's so refreshing. Not only is it good for pain, but it also opened up my sinuses and he told me it was good for our skin. Customer for life! read more

Absolutely a hidden gem that should be known of here in the salinas valley. Went in here for muscle soreness and got into the chamber, it was amazing; definitely alleviated the soreness I was feeling. Plus researched and saw that top performers actually go to the chamber frequently. On a second experience, I took my dad because of his knee inflammation, he had localized cryotherapy on there for about 25 mins I believe and he loved it! He was scared of the "cold" but it wasn't actually cold, the nitrogen is supposed to help. He felt no pain. I then finally saved up enough to do cryoSlimming for myself and WOW! I lost 1.5 inches off my waist!!! This is the place for noninvasive procedures that will help! This place beats all prices on their services! definitely will be coming back! read more

This was my second visit to the Salinas location ... always great! I love how clean this place is, the beautiful color scheme and creative wall art. Felt fantastic afterwords, did a long walk later and had a lots of energy. Many thanks to Jason and his crew! read more

Amazing place with amazing staff. I highly recommend this place for your recovery needs.

I loved this treatment and Flow Cryotherapy. It was a fast ten minutes of self care that has wonderful benefits. It is very helpful for pain and inflammation, which is exactly why I was there. Jason and his staff are so caring and knowledgeable. I wish I could come back every day. A nice bonus was that the Theralight has bluetooth, so I was able to listen to my favorite podcast :) I have brought my family here and everyone loves the results. I highly recommend everyone go to Flow Cryotherapy. read more

The first I went to Flow Cryotherapy it was an amazing experience. The owner of the location was there, gave me a tour and showed me everything they have to offer. Which I was definitely sold and would be back again. I purchased a three session package from Groupon, which evidently expired before I was able to use it. With them being a small business I was confident that they would be able to accommodate me in some way. (Yes, I know the package I purchased expired but I was still hoping for some sort of assistance.) I called in asking if there was anything they could do and the girl work said "no" and quiet frankly didn't have anything else to say. I would love to go back and do business with them again. But just not happy with the way they handled this situation. Good luck! read more

Wishing I had tried whole body cryotherapy sooner! My range of motion has increased due to a reduction in pain which I can directly attribute to the cryotherapy! The treatment is fast, easy, painless and leaves me feeling energized and ready to tackle life! Three full minutes in the pre-cooled chamber usually give me a good 5-7 days relief from osteoarthritis and eases the residual post-op issues I've lived with for years. If you're struggling with pain, inflammation and reduced range of motion I ask you this- what do you have to lose by trying this? There's nothing to be afraid of and the benefits far outweigh any goosebumps! The introductory rate is cheaper than a co-pay to an MD or PT!!! Please don't wait til you're desperate for relief or feel like you've "tried everything" before you try this therapy. You'll be impressed with the physical and mental results. Also, every where you look at Flow you'll see encouraging, motivating mantras and sincere staff, it's a wonderful mental boost to be in this atmosphere! The facility is beautiful, immaculate, smells clean and parking is a breeze. You can be in and out of there in under 20 minutes and feel fabulous for days. There's much more to love about this wellness center so go check it out for yourself!! read more

Went in with the worst sciatica pain, purchased the membership for the Cryo Chamber and compression and immediately felt some relief - after a few sessions my pain is all gone! I wish I had asked the very helpful young lady at the front desk what her name was because she should totally be recognized for her excellent customer service!!! I just walked into Flow Cryotherapy (in general I have heard so many good things about Cryotherapy) and I was so impressed with the whole service from beginning to end! I have to go back! I think the pricing is competitive and as I just told a friend.... it's cheaper than doctors visits (including dermatologist), prescription medicine, physical therapy..... and Without sounding cheesy, you feel ALIVE after the first quick full body session! A couple years ago I got DVT and the circulation in my legs has never been the same...... until today, such a relief. I recommend anyone to go! read more

I booked my appointment through FB and I brought my brother in the day after the Spartan Race at Toro Park! I was pleased with checking in. I was pleased with the information received. Although my brother did not have an appointment, I was able to have him experience this treatment! Jason was very helpful helping us understand the whole process and the many benefits Cryotherapy has. With our cryo treatments being only 3 minutes, I asked about the leg compression sleeves and was to get in 30 minutes of pure bliss. I highly recommend coming in. This place does not disappoint. Thumbs up!!! I wear my Flow Cryotherapy tank everywhere!!! read more

I currently suffer from a herniated cervical disc (C6-C7) and a herniated lower back disc (L4-L5). As a result I was suffering from burning and numbness in legs, feet, arms, hands. This was my first experience with Cryotherapy. A day I can honestly say I have relief from the burning pain and numbness I was experiencing. It was an 80% relief. I will be going back for more sessions. I encourage everyone to give it a shot if you are experiencing pain from injuries. The office is a very clean, organized and professional establishment. Thank you again Jason. read more

I had just moved to Salinas from Clovis, CA, and the first thing I had to find was my new Cryo home!! FLOW CRYOTHERAPY IS BEYOND AMAZING!! Every one of these reviews talking about Jason and his staff are spot on. He knows his stuff, I promise you. If you are reading these reviews, you are contemplating Cryotherapy. GO IN AND DO IT. Gotta speak the truth, it's a cold 3 mins in the chamber but afterwards oh my gosh you feel like a million bucks. Go speak with Jason, on of the coolest and most down to Earth guys I've ever met!!! Way more than 5 stars if I could read more

I cannot say enough good things about Flow. First, the benefits of cryotherapy are incredible. I've had nothing but positive results and today I finally tried the compression sleeves and was immediately hooked. The facility is very clean and has a welcoming, comfortable feeling with lots of positive vibes. Jason is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and truly takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and give you good quality service. I do crossfit 5 times per week and work two physically demanding jobs. Incorporating cryotherapy and compression sleeves into my recovery is exactly what I needed to keep me going strong and feeling my best everyday. read more

I had been reading up on cryotherapy for the past 7 years, and was thrilled to discover that Flow Cryotherapy had opened up in Salinas. My wife bought me a package for Father's Day, and I have been going ever since. It was a pleasant surprise to find that Flow had such an awesome owner. Jason, the owner, and his staff are welcoming, professional and most importantly very knowledgeable about all the details and benefits of cryotherapy. I go 4-5 times a week and have experienced considerable results. I have a tendency to push my workouts very hard and cryotherapy has kept my soreness down to an all time minimum. I have been nearly pain free for the past 3 months, and I attribute that mostly to cryotherapy. I have also lost 2 percent of body fat, but the most surprising benefit has been the mental clarity that lasts for about 3-4 hours after a 3 minute session. Flow Cryotherapy is fantastic, if I could give more stars I would. This is a must try. read more

The cryo chamber is awesome and so well priced. The staff is so friendly and they makes the process fly by. The compression sleeves are amazing, especially for athletes and people who want a massage without being touched. read more

Jason runs a 1st rate company. Cryotherapy works, it's been proven by doctors and pro athletes do it. They don't waste their time doing things that don't work. You can go everyday for $249 a month, which works out to $11 or $12 a session. Instead of eating out for lunch or dinner, bring something from home and you have paid for your session, and probably improved your diet. It makes you feel better, so why wouldn't you do it? I highly recommend Cryotherapy. read more
