We called United to file a claim for repairs and they were nice and helpful to do so. They suggested a repair company, but we asked if we can use the repair company Tumi uses in the valley and they said that was fine, we would only have to submit the invoice for reimbursement. On Thursday, April 23, 2025, we drove to WCLR and we were immediately greeted with a smile from Blanca and Chris. We immediately clicked with them and started talking off the subject of repairing our luggage. They said, "let us get the wheel replaced in ten minutes for you." It was quick and on top of that, they said our repair qualified for Tumi's warranty and that they could just process that for us today without us having to do any further paperwork with United. WCLR primarily repairs TUMI lugages, but they will repair other brands if parts are available. Thank you Blanca, Chris and the repair tech for making our experience beyond our expectation.

It's not only unprofessional to withhold information like that, it's unprofessional a customer has to hound the business after the bus is delayed six hours. I will be asking for a partial refund and I'd highly suggest not being in this industry if you do not know how to properly manage clients nor communicate which are the TOP two minimum requirements in the hospitality industry. I wouldn't book with this company if you want to just be hanging with little to no information to a company who has no problem taking your money. Never.again.

I asked her about a trip to europe for a group of four, a fairly expensive trip which I assume means a fairly large commission for a job well done. A week after our initial conversation, I still hadn't heard from her so I made a quick call. Two hours later she called back and promised to send the information promptly. What I received was a bare bones price sheet that looked like very little forethought went into it. The tickets were priced 400 dollars over what any travel site offered, leading me to believe she took the first number she found and claimed it to be the price. The cruise was priced appropriately but didn't mention any upgrades or onboard spending which often gets bundled into a cruise. I sent an email asking about these discrepancies and received no response. I had hoped to continue working with Carolyn to complete the trip, but after waiting by my computer for her response, I have now accepted that it is not coming. First Class Travel was inattentive, unprofessional, and just plain sloppy.

We had some issues with 2 tours that we booked through Ride the Wave and Jim was fast to respond and assist. One of the tours we ended up having to cancel due to scheduling issues. I reached out to Jim to let him know and he worked on getting the refund process started right away and I received a confirmation email from the tour vendor the same day. We're now just waiting for it to get credited back to our card. The peace of mind of our trip being taken care of by professionals is invaluable. I can't recommend enough going through a travel agency for big trips because you just never know what could happen. Ride the Wave is as good as they come and I'm looking forward to using their services again for our next big trip!
