They even sent us the emails of correspondence with Susan. We were in a panic, as this was our taxi to the airport. The taxi company worked with us, and found us a taxi at the last minute. The worst, when we arrived in Heathrow from Scotland, my husband and son did not have booked seats. They had tickets, but not seats. The plane was full and no available flights until 2 days laters. Fortunately, there was a plane that did not arrive to connect with our flight, and my husband and son were able to get seats. Horrible!! Never again!!!
