Updating again: The business owner Nate just called me and was very polite and we both explained…read moreour sides of the situation. He was very apologetic and made sure to listen as to why I was so upset. I completely appreciated the call. He will be returning to finish my sons car and I feel confident he will get my sons car safely back on the road. Absolute trash company. My son had an appointment for Friday at 10 am. After almost an hour of waiting for "Proformance" to show up, my son finally hears back from the guy who says he can't make it, and if he can come the following day (Saturday) at 3 pm. Fine. So now it's Saturday. No call. No show. "Proformance" finally messages my son and moves the 3 pm time to 6 pm. Unprofessional. If he didn't want to do the job, he could have just said so. Thanks for wasting our weekend waiting around for nothing. UPDATE: The business owner just responded to my comment, by stating, that it was my son's idea to change the appointment date. I have my son's texts that day. My son only asked "Proformance" if they needed to change the day after THEY didn't show up for the appointment, after son had been waiting for 40 minutes PAST his appointment. Then today (Saturday) after "Proformance" said they would be out at 3 pm ( but it ended up more like 5pm) couldn't finish the job, because it was my son's fault he didn't have the bolts needed. Look, I'm just here stating my experience, as the person paying for this service. This is what I have been dealing with since Friday ( it's now Saturday evening). Oh, I didn't mention, that I have been calling "Proformance" this past week, asking how I can make payment, since my son does not live with me, and I am the one paying. I called 2 separate times, and left voicemails, with no response. This has been a complete nightmare, with no communication.. WHAT-SO-EVER.

I really, really wish I would have gotten a quote before coming in. I got on Yelp to search for…read moresomeone to do an oil change for my 2025 Ford Escape and received three responses right away. Two quotes were $100, so I stupidly assumed the third would be competitive at that price as well. Since they were the first to reach out, they got my business. I had been asked several times for the SAME vehicle information (blamed on a "bot" doing their initial reach out, of course). After getting there, the guy that took the appointment wasn't even there, and the tech didn't even know I had an appointment. He's feverishly making phone calls and getting voicemails. I should have walked, but gave it a few minutes. Daniel at the front desk does not ask me what kind of oil I use, but did say I was not being charged for labor. The bill comes and guess what? I was charged for labor! They used synthetic oil, which I would not have chosen since it costs three times the amount. Total cost? $202 for a dang oil change! Next time I will get a Groupon and go somewhere else!

The other reviews for this place are not joking. These guys do the same quality work you'd get…read moreanywhere else but at like a fraction of the price. I got a beater of a truck recently and was looking to get fluids flushed, specifically the transmission, and everyone else's quotes were so much higher that when I got the quote from Villa, I had to ask if it was a mistake. Did it include fluids, filter and gasket change too? You bet! It's crazy, but it's the real deal. Of course, going in for the insanely low pricing, I expected the work to not be fast or good, but I was wrong. The fluid change took maybe 30 minutes, in and out, no issue and the tranny changes gears like butter now. Also, I don't know if these guys noticed my power steering had a 2-inch play gap or not and fixed it for me or if it magically fixed itself, but I've been sitting on taking care of that since I got the truck, and to my surprise when I left, the power steering gap was gone and the steering was perfectly responsive. In either case, I either got great luck or great service. Now, before you go running off, understand this is a small personally-owned (?) shop, so you're not looking at a bunch of whiz-bang when you show up. It's modest and low-key just behind Burger King, but you don't go to a shop for sparkles and workers dressed in tuxedos, you go there for quality work at a good price...and that is Villa for sure. I will absolutely be back for future work if needed.
