The space is extremely clean. They have 2 infrared saunas & a Himalayan salt room. As well as other services. The sauna rooms are adorable, spotless & well stocked. So relaxing. I leave feeling like I'm floating on a cloud! The Himalayan salt room is cool & refreshing. They have zero gravity chairs or bean bag puffs for true relaxation. I feel the effects immediately when I'm in there. There are no other businesses in close proximity that offer the services offered here. I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

One of my favorite things in life is when something you truly hoped might happen appears, like a…read moremagic lamp wish granted! My wish was simple - the option for lovely holistic body treatments that I have experienced in big cities like Sacramento and LA, but accessible in our day to day life in our beloved small towns like Martinez. There's so much charming greatness to be found in the burbs, so why not the simple luxuries as well? Lucky for you and me, that day has arrived. Owners Angela and Martin have opened InsideOut with two fabulous infrared saunas, a salt therapy room on the way soon, and their endless supply of good and welcoming vibes. First things first - if you've never experienced an infrared sauna but are like me and kinda addicted to sweating (if you know, you know!), you are going to love it. Infrared heat as opposed to the old school approach of simply heating the air around you is much easier on the body (you don't feel like you're breathing fire in the desert, you truly do feel the difference of the infrared actually penetrating your body and warming you from the inside - a healthier and far cleaner holistic treatment). Enough with the science, back to the luxury! The sauna units are located inside small private suites, well equipped with water, towels, various supplies to prep you before and after treatment, and a small remote control to change the lighting inside the unit (light therapy really changes the vibe, play with it and have fun!). Once inside, there's lovely spa music, which can be adjusted to whatever you like or turned off, and a backrest for total comfort during your session. I love how each treatment is so personal - I've sat in silence, I've read a book, I've watched an episode of my current binge show. Your sweat session is what you make it! Also chat with the owners about what session is best for you - I'm a fan of the cardio program because it offers the 1-2 punch of high heat AND a long session, but there are so many other options like weight loss or anti-aging. It only took one session for me to sign up for a monthly membership, and visiting InsideOut has quickly become a highlight of my week! Angela and Martin have made me feel like family so quickly, and it's an absolute pleasure to support this new and unique small business in beloved downtown. I so look forward to continuing my visits and witnessing their evolution! Do not hesitate to add a visit to InsideOut to your next trip downtown - to relax after work, to keep on sweating after a workout, or whatever suits you best. If you're like me, it will be one of the greatest discoveries of your year!

She recommended next time to do 90min and that I would see the best therapeutic results with a massage every 2 weeks. I would come back again and see Nicole! Since my massage was decent, we decided to only tip for my therapist. When the matron looked at the screen with the single tip, she made a remark to her colleague in a different language and then converted back to English (she had been speaking English the entire time). Since I don't know what she said, I can't confirm whether she was making a snarky remark or not, but it gave off that vibe and honestly, that was very unprofessional to do. Very disappointing experience. I am unable to recommend this business.

I will be coming back for more cupping.

She is truly in tune with your whole body. I highly recommend an hour or an hour and a half full body massage. The spa is exceptionally clean, & relaxing. The massage beds are the most comfortable ones I've ever been on. I find that a lot of massage therapists usually skip over the butt. Or do over the sheet pressing action. For me, a butt massage is the best part, it is an extension of your back. And I want the full experience lol Tina will give you the best experience. She is a master in Chinese medicine! I have been a client at The Remedy for close to two years. I have had repeated testing there and also with my PCP and they were unable to find some issues I was having. (Not downplaying my Remedy experience--they're wonderful) But, in one visit with Tina she found a major issue that was going on with me. It still blows me away that she found something like that through massage. We are blessed to have some great massage therapists in our town. But I truly feel that Tina is a natural healer. The real deal! Highly recommend!

This is the only chiropractor I've seen in my entire life, and they have charged me twice with a new patient fee and tried to do it again today. Apparently, they will charge you a new patient fee every six months you're not seen, which they have never told me anytime I've ever been in for an adjustment so be prepared to pay more for a visit every 6 months....such a scam.
