I had an awesome massage with Nancy. My sister, who lives out of state, bought me 2 massages as a gift. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I have had a lot of massages at other places and I was totally pleased and satisfied with Nancy. She used a lot of different techniques, including hot stones, in my 1 hour massage, which I was not expecting. The pressure was perfect, and she checked in with me several times about that. I hope people who are looking for massage will give this place a try because they do an excellent job. I will happily return for my second gift with the same person in a few weeks. I have been looking for a new massage place since my last masseuse had moved away and have not found one that knows how to work through my muscles. I am so excited to have found Nancy! I kept asking the front desk person to be sure that the person I have can go deep into my muscles because I am very active and have deep knots. He said don't worry, I have someone for you and he did not disappoint! Nancy made sure that the pressure was good, and would check in from time to time. Nice things first. Help desk staff was welcoming even though I didn't t have an appointment and the quality of the massage was reasonably good. It's a shame that such a nice facility, the rooms are not sound proofed. There was a construction happening in the afternoon and my relaxing massage turned into a disaster when there was loud noise coming out of shop near by. I gave my feedback immediately to the masseuse, but, she didn't understand what I said. After 30mins into the session I requested a room change as they had other vacant room. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff regarding the noise and how it can affect the relaxation. I felt that the tranquility spa is NOT tranquil. After chatting with help desk staff, I was surprised to hear that customers were okay with the sound due to construction and next time she would assign a different room. I'm not sure if I would want to visit this location again. Hope they fix this issue ASAP. read more

Love going here! It is easy to get in and also very clean. The massage therapist does an excellent job everytime I go in. She always is able to work on my neck and shoulders which tend to be very tight and when I walk out, I feel so refreshed. She uses the pressure as to not be uncomfortable and to enjoy. I've been three times and just purchased a package of six more massages. I have chronic pain and this is the only place that has been able to help me feel better. First time customers beware of this establishment. And specifically Jenny if you book any massage treatments with her, you think you are getting a massage with her but you aren't. You actually don't know who you are getting a massage with. I had booked 90min massage with Jenny based on reviews. I arrived 15mins early to find out she was running 15mins late as her previous client was late. I was asked to wait until she was done. When Jenny finally came to the front, I was asked to follow her to the massage room to undress. Someone who I thought was Jenny was giving me a massage. After my massage, I saw someone (not Jenny) scurry out of the room. I dressed and checked time as because I knew that massage felt short and indeed it was. It was only 60min had passed. Another lady came by and said sorry, I gave you only 60min massage. I didn't know you pre-paid online for 90min. I said well that's ok, just refund me the 30min and my massage was supposed to have been with Jenny. You are not Jenny. She said Jenny was double booked. I told her but I booked her online how is that possible? Why didn't she tell me? Why didn't anyone tell me? I was extremely offended. I had tears in my eyes. felt that Jenny was rude to skip me and pick another customer. If she had simply asked me, I would have said ok to get a massage by someone else. It was absolutely poor customer service. To remedy this, instead of refunding me the 30mins of the massage that I didn't get, the front desk lady called the manager and gave me a scribbled writing on their business card as a gift card for a free 90min massage (not sure if they will even honor this in future). And I am not sure if I could go back there after how I felt and how I was treated. read more

Purchased a 90 min hot stone massage online. The hot stones didn't even show up in the massage room until 60 min had already gone by (interestingly, it was still another 20-25 min after I mentioned it aloud that I ordered the hot stones that she brought them in). My guess is that they forgot. Even then, the therapist massaged with the stones for probably less than 5 min total. I am not exaggerating. She left a line of stones on my back just sitting there (nearly burned me, I had to ask her to take them off) for maybe about another 5 minutes? And that was the 90 min hot stone massage. I expressed these concerns at the end when I was walking out; the owner/manager 100% didn't believe what I was telling her over what her non-english speaking therapist was telling her which was that I received the full hot stone massage treatment. So there you have it. Either this is what their offer is for a hot stone massage (incredibly disappointing) or they have no customer service skills (incredibly disappointing).
