I found Anna via Yelp, and finding a day/time to book was a breeze. Made it to my appointment, and Anna answered the door, and led me to where the magic happens. Sat on the hair, and I was leaned back. First time having that at a brow wax appointment! We chatted, discussed some preferences, etc., but it was mostly me asking her for her advice cause I'm rather low maintenance and had no clue on what would shape my face and whatnot. Anna asked if I used anything for my face, reaction, etc., which was great. She was really honest about my brows and didn't need much because they are naturally full and such. Yay I suppose, lol. She then worked on them, and I closed my eyes for the process. Measurements, the waxing, etc. Pretty painless, and no redness afterwards! I felt completely relaxed the whole time that my Garmin boosted my body battery. Whole process took around 20 - 25 mins. Great stuff and very efficient. A much needed clean up, and my brows have never looked better. Will definitely come back when I need another professional brow wax.

She takes her time to take all measurements to make your eyebrows as symmetrical as possible. For those that don't know, most eyebrows on one person are not the same. I had my eyebrows micro bladed. It was the best decision I ever made. Filling in my eyebrows the old fashioned way was the bane of my existence. I could NEVER get them right nor even/balanced. And it was a time suck! After making the decision to do so, I read every single micro blade business review I could find in my area on Yelp. As soon as I started reading Amy's review, I knew I had found the right person. It's a big decision and not an inexpensive one. But that's why you check reviews in order to help you make your decision. I've never looked back. It was one of the best decisions I made. I LOVE my eyebrows now. Been super happy with her work. She takes her time, is super safety conscientious, and you experience her professionalism in action. I highly recommend Enhanced by Amelia.

It's their cancellation policy and front desk that made me not want to go back. I think a deposit being forfeited for a cancellation within 24 hours is reasonable. But paying for the entire service when you have to cancel within 24 hours of service seems excessive, and contradicts their own reservation confirmation email. Secondly, I've only gone once, but have made 3 different appointments. The first appointment time was switched to a different time and I made it work and got a full set. The second appointment was cancelled by the salon the day before. The third appointment, they reached out twice the week of to ask if I could come in earlier. The first time, they switched it and sent a confirmation email for the new time with a text asking if it worked. I figured I'd rush over after work to make the earlier time work and not make it a big deal. The second time they reached out (a few days later), I said I couldn't push it to even earlier- at that point they were asking me to come in at 3 or 4 pm when I had originally picked a 7pm appt on a weeknight. Since they were asking me to switch times again, I told them we could just do a different day. They said that would mean I'd pay for the service I wouldn't receive today. I said I'd show up at 6:30, the time they assigned me, but I thought that their policy is strange. They texted back thanking me for understanding and then asking if I had time to talk about a membership... It all felt like poor customer service and general apathy or lack of awareness. But then they called to tell me that they were attempting to charge me because no one can do check outs after 6pm. They had tried to charge my cancelled card multiple times already before resorting to calling me for a card number. If they're going to charge prior to an appointment and then rush you for a card number, they should mention that when you book- or they could have on one of their multiple calls to ask me to reschedule. Telling me as I'm trying to rush to finish at work and the. acting like it's my issue that they do not have staff available to take care payments during their advertised operating hours was strange. I don't know. This is the first review I've left for a business that isn't 5 stars because the whole experience communicating with their receptionists has been frustrating. The lash tech was fine. Just the operation that seems poorly run.
