Steph is amazing! I started getting my lashes done with her a few months after trying several different lash artist in the area. None of them even come close to Steph!! I love the way my lashes look, the retention is so good that most of the time at my two week fills, I look, like I basically have a brand new set. I've been to many lash stylists and I'm so glad to have found Stephanie. She is so down to earth, highly skilled at what she does and takes care of her clients. I like that I can communicate with her via text and book easily on her website. Her studio is in a quiet alleyway right in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek where it's convenient. Not so much for parking but if you park at the nearby garage like Broadway, you get an hour free and it's a short walk over to the studio. Stephanie makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. When I was 9 months pregnant, she was so understanding that I couldn't lay on my back and still worked on my lashes while I was on the side. I got my lashes refilled right in time before I delivered and I'm so glad I had them for those baby birth pictures. Post delivery I was able to continue trying refills and Stephanie has been so accommodating with my schedule considering having to take care of a newborn. Stephanie works with such precision and care that this is my longest run of doing my lashes with any lash tech. I've seen 4 different lash techs before I decided that Steph is definitely the one! I always like to give each tech a fair chance to learn my lashes and the style I like so I make sure to see them for three sessions before I quit them. Stephanie is so wonderful! I've had her do at least three different styles (for special occasions) and she killed them all. She's extremely gentle with my lids and under eye area which are important to me. I know that my lashes can be hard to work with since they grow straight and almost down- yes I know, so odd. I also have somewhat big and hooded eyelids and she manages to make the lashes match my face! she Manages to strategically place the lashes so when they do fall out I'm not left with huge gaps along my lash line. I also appreciate that she asks questions to determine my style and always makes sure I like them before I leave. the salon is small, but I like that so it's not always full of people- I know, so antisocial of me. The salon is very clean, smells good and they always have great music playing! You have to see her at least once- if you don't like your lashes, which I doubt, you'll at least like spending time with her. Her personality is as great as her skill set! read more
