I have been to four other lash technicians and Beatriz has been the best. She is so gentle, I wasn't even sure she was doing anything until I saw the end result xD. My lashes do not feel heavy or uncomfortable at all, despite myself getting full volume 15mm lashes. I think she even removed some old lashes I'd had from the previous tech which were too heavy and too close to the lid as she informed me. The lashes were super thin and didn't retain well. They started falling out the next day. Also the lashes put on me were not even (right side appears to have a spot that has missing lashes). In addition, the artist was not very accommodating. She even tried to argue that the lashes looked fine and when I asked her to fix them as I was not expecting that result after paying $200, she gave me some attitude like she did not want to fix an incompetent job. read more

Awesome service! She saved my eyelashes from a botched job I had at a different location! I was so uncomfortable with the amount of glue and lashes on my natural ones that I made a last inure appointment to try and get them remove. Luckily she was available soon! She was so quick to reply my messages and so professional. Definitely was so understanding and didn't make me feel dumb for choosing such a horrible service ! I really hadn't done my research before when I got my lashes done- you love you learn. Anyway after calling a bunch of places I am so glad I got a reply from her and was able to book an appointment. The location is a bit tricky to find. It's inside a large commercial building with smaller businesses inside. So when you walk in there's a receptionist that can answer your questions and tell you where to go to her specific location. It's a small work area but it's cute and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and had a nice comfortable pillow for my legs and back which I definitely appreciate as someone with back issues! The whole removal took about 20-30 minutes. But it felt quick and relaxing! I would definitely recommend her and will definitely look into lash services once I get over this bad lash service experience lol. read more
