She is also extremely kind and works at a speed I don't feel rushed but it is fast I can get in and out writhing 30 min if I don't chat her ear off too much. Her booking system is easy but I find it best to reschedule ahead to get my desired appointment she books out. If you are new to waxing or a seasoned waxed looking for a fabulous wax Katie is your girl. I appreciate her making a service that can be scary and painful as painless as possible. I've gotten them done at another location before, but now that I've come to Rhyann I won't go anywhere else! Not only do they look flawless, but she also cares about your real lashes as well......I was so nervous about getting my Brazilian wax done, but Rhyann made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the entire process. OMG! Such a cute little spot! Right next to C.R.E.A.M. (Perfect Location! gotta get an icecream sandwich when you finish getting your lashes done!) This place is super clean and cute! I walked in and Rhyann was super easy to work with. She recommeneded some purple lashes since my hair is purple right now and assured me they would not be too overbearing. This is an update to comment to the owners response as it appears she may have blocked me from being able to reply. You absolutely did waste my time. I bought the Groupon when it was still valid. I reached out to you and you responded with some dates of availability and then we went back-and-forth. If you were no longer accepting the Groupon, you should've immediately responded telling me to request a refund that you were no longer accepting the Groupon even though it's valid till January. Instead, you gave me date options and then when I tried to confirm, you told me you were no longer accepting it. I think you need to start realizing when you're wasting someone's time.
