I love that she planned ahead. I HEART her!!

I had seen her pictures and really liked her make up so I thought id call her. Padi was very easy to talk to , It felt as if I had known her for years. She was flexible and we quickly set up an appointment for a consultation. At the consultation we went over specific looks I had in mind, I even brought pictures with me to show her, but she knew exactly what i wanted. I have consulted with other make up artist in the past and none of them understood my style and never really ever listened to what I wanted. With all the other make up artist i never really felt as if I looked like myself after. Initially I was worried but Padi knew exactly what I was talking about. My trial was exactly what I wanted the make up look perfect! I wanted the natural look but I wanted it to appear as if I was wearing some kind of make up without looking to done and she delivered just that! The most important thing during the trial was that Padi was patient she listened to everything I said and accommodated it all. Our Photo shoot turned out great and my make up look perfect I received so many compliments on my make up! I was so happily pleased! I have been using Padi for all events even my Wedding ! She was is so professional , flexible , sweet. She brought her own chair to the hotel set up and got started. My make up looked perfect and not to mention it stayed like that the WHOLE night! I only touched up my lipstick ! My eye make up and face makeup looked flawless the whole evening. I explained exactly what I wanted, and showed her my picture of the previous highlight I had done 2 years ago. it should have been a straightforward appointment. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. The entire top section of my hair turned orange, and there were no visible highlights at all. I left the salon shocked and upset because the outcome was completely different from what I had requested. Instead of subtle highlights, the whole top of my hair was one orange color. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way my concerns were handled afterward. When I contacted the manager to discuss the outcome, I was met with a condescending attitude. Rather than listening to my concerns and trying to find a solution, the conversation quickly turned argumentative. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me questioning the level of training and professionalism at this salon. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both customer service and basic hair-coloring skills.

If you have any knowledge on that the hair can lighten unevenly can cause breakage and Brooke took all the time necessary to create an absolute perfect blend. I was super excited to finally get extensions as a graduation gift from graduating from UCLA. Unfortunately, Andrea was unable to accommodate my schedule, so I took a chance and saw Britney. Britney was kind and did find at my first appointment-a trim and an all over color tone. I wanted to get my extensions done by Andrea, but again our schedules did not align so I decided to go to Britney. I admitted to Britney she was not my first choice of stylist, but she swore she knew how to do extensions, so I trusted her. My first appointment was at 7 PM and they took about 2.5 hours. I barely glanced at my hair as I left the salon, but being that Britney was a sweet person, I thanked her and tipped nicely. The next day at work, in better lighting, a coworker told me that the color of my natural hair did not match the extensions. Upon looking in better lighting, my natural hair was black and the extensions brown. I messaged Britney and she agreed to tone the extensions. I also told her that the cut of the extensions and my hair was not blended properly. As I got to the salon, she sat me down and immediately started cutting for shape. If the stylist did not see an error in her work, I would like to think that she would have taken more time to analyze the hair and understand how I found a flaw in my cut. She also moved my tape extensions and re-taped them as they were slipping ONE WEEK after installation. My hair looked terrible after. It was dyed a matte black and the tapes were coming apart at the corners. I couldn't put my hair up without the tape showing. Very very EMBARRASSINGLY, I was pulled aside by my manager at work as she said my hair looked "unkept" and "unprofessional". I reached out to Britney and she was very unaccommodating. She argued back and forth and took the comments very personally. I was respectful in my texts, but with a 1200 dollar investment, I could not have such terrible looking hair. Britney agreed to take the extensions out my hair, but insisted she could not handle the refund aspect of things. I was more than willing to pay for the hair extensions as those were ordered specifically for me. However, I believed I should receive a refund for the installation as it was done poorly. After consulting other hair stylists, they agreed refund for the installation was fair and typical for stylist policy. I went to another stylist to see if my hair could be fixed. She told me she could reuse the hair, but agreed the installation was such awful quality that I would have to pay for a total reinstall. Fast forward two weeks, Andrea replied to my messages saying she did not want to issue refund as the installation was done properly. Anyone can look at the these photos and see how terrible my hair looked. I'm frustrated and sad . This was supposed to be an investment and something to brighten up my graduation celebration. Now I am out $1200, my hair is worse than it started and I will need to spend even more money to get it fixed. I gave two stars bc the haircut I received at first was decent. I do not recommend this salon as the quality is low and the stylists all seem to have a chip on their shoulder.
