This review is long overdue. I've been seeing Kailey for 9 years (had to look that up!) and really can't believe it - she's the best! Kailey is professional, keeps a clean, calm, and safe space. She's respectful of your time and will text you in advance on the rare occasion that she's running late. I mention all this first because I've had horrible experience elsewhere in the past. Her pictures go without saying- the lashes look great! Your lashes but BETTER. She really listens to you and will be honest if what you're trying to achieve isn't possible or if another style would be fun to try or even look more ideal with your eye lash anatomy. I get my fills every 3 weeks (I think the typical is 2-ish) because I get good lash retention following her easy lash care instructions. My lashes have gone through a lot -- vacations, sat in hot saunas, typhoons (I know right), weddings, tears and always look great. I'm one happy customer :) read more

When I moved from Europe to California I struggled to find a reliable lash artist that would listen to me and recreated or improve the lashes that I had. I tried some other artist but couldn't find an artist that I loved and therefore completely stopped with lashes for half a year till in 2024 I discovered Kailey on Instagram. When visiting Kailey I showed my previous lashes and explained my ideas. Kailey listened with so much care and came with suggestions that we tried out during my appointment. I started getting my lashes done almost 2 years ago and at first I was a little hesitant. I was worried it would ruin my real lashes or wouldn't last well because I'm a pretty active person. Kailey is amazing though and helped ease any worry I had! Not only does she does an AMAZING job and make them look so full but natural, but she explains everything from the start and takes good care of your real lashes. She's also so fun and easy to talk to that now I feel like I'm going to visit a friend when I go in. lol It takes about an hour for the appointment but she has a super comfy table with memory foam and a heating pad so you can feel comfy and cozy. It's also very affordable. I've seen other places be crazy expensive but her prices are more than fair. I get the hybrid set that costs $85 for a full and go in about every 3-4 weeks. Once you pay for the full set upkeep is so easy! I highly recommend Kailey if you are looking to get your lashes done! read more

Back in April, Kailey was very nice and was able to schedule a somewhat last minute appointment for a fill that I needed very quickly before I had to travel for work. My regular Lash person was out of town so I was very much looking for someone else fast, possibly closer to me. The price of $260!!! for a Full Volume Set" kind of shocked me. I asked about a new client discount and was told there were no current promotions. I had my lashes done and at first look they seemed fine. When I got home on closer inspection I discovered that my lashes were uneven, I had 2 stuck together and some of the lashes in the corner of my eye had Lashes missing from them, thus making them look noticeably uneven. I contacted her and Kailey was willing to have me come in to get them fixed but of course with my schedule there was no time to do that. These Lashes did Not last as long as they normally do, and I'm very good about keeping them clean. I also noticed that my lashes started to curl in the wrong direction after about a week. I see now that the most expensive price on Kailey's website is $250, so I have to wonder why I was charged 260? Happy to return back my lash artist who is priced fair and who's work is flawless. read more

Kailey did an great job on my lashes! It was the first time I got lash extensions so I was a little worried about them falling out quickly but they have been full and long lasting and make my eyes look huge.
